I don’t want to live this way, I don’t want to take medication for healing because of how addictive they can be and side effects. This is draining. I depend on Our Heavenly Father for complete healing and restoring of my mind. Please Pray for me. I can’t let this win. I’ve completely surrendered my life to God and will always lift up his Holy name. I know I am saved through the blood of Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen

Depression medication is not addicting. But anxiety medications certainly can be. God gave us medicine. Sometimes God gives us illnesses as our cross to share with Jesus. May God bless you with a complete healing and the best psychiatrist and doctors for you. ❤🙏 Healing is a process and a journey and the drug treatment is not always a long term situation. I say this from experience. You could ask your doctor about beta blockers for the anxiety and avoid the addictive benzodiazepine drugs. Sometimes those of us with mental health issues only need short term treatment. God won't leave you foundering. There are all kinds of treatments. If you had diabetes would you shun treatment? May God bless you with wisdom and discernment and the very best treatment for your health conditions. In Jesus's name, Amen. 🙏
For the last few weeks I have been running on empty, absolutely burned out to the point of near exhaustion. I kept thinking about the Lord will lift us up like eagles during this time. And tonight, even though I've not been searching 'burn out' or 'exhaustion' on the internet, this video recommendation popped up. That's God at work. It's not a coincidence. Praise the Lord. And to others experiencing the same as me, keep calling out to the Lord to sustain you. I'm still absolutely drained, but he's sustaining me. And he will, until I can get some time off work in September.
My grandmother had me start listening to Dr Charles Stanley sermons when I was in the 3rd grade. I truly miss seeing Dr Charles Stanley. He was truly a remarkable man of God and I am so grateful that his sermons are still available on UA-cam and other streaming apps then I can share with my nieces and nephews! What to do when you are burned out 1. We have a wrong view of the Gospel: the Cristian life is not a formula to follow. It's a relationship 2. Wrong view of spiritual maturity: Maturity is recognize that I can't control myself, I can't change myself but I can depend upon him every day, trust him to do through me what you know you can't do Solution 1. He makes us sufficient through himself, just be like the eagles, don't strive just trust God and be still through the source of his strength
Value yourself more and with Jesus, God then you won't have burn out. 😂 And I like Dr. Charles Stanley's enthusiasm. It is contagious which is what I need.
Wow, we were needed a clear answer about some ministry that we are very burnt out in and never got confirmation we should stay and this just spoke the heart of God to us. Thank you for your grace LORD 💓
This is just what I needed to hear. I've put so many burdens on myself. I think I understand a little bit more of what Jesus meant by “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30 NIV) I've had a wrong view of the gospel without even realizing it. And my idea of spiritual maturity was all wrong too. I really needed to hear this.

The verse Come all who are weary and heavy laden, was my verse this morn and asked God how...Christianity has been mire of a burden trying to gigure out, get andwers, walk thus wat etc. I dropped on inside and havent yruly connected with a church. One I am in never called and I've been out for months. I am single and that hurts more.

I’m a homeschool mom of 4 sons, living as a representative in the Middle East. I’m tired. Of feeling like a failure. Of menial tasks. Of fruitless relationships. I’d feeling inadequate. I know I can do nothing in my own strength, but I can’t seem to find that airstream. I feel abandoned, and that’s worse than just feeling weak and inadequate in myself. I want so much for God to work through me. But all I can see is my mess.

This message by Dr Stanley came on the perfect day, as I embark on a new journey, to heal and deal with a "bad mole," surgery, etc. and feel so exhausted, already. I will tell you why I am burned out. I’m a kind person and I treat people with the respect they deserve but I get bullied time and time again. Belittling me! I am so tired of people trying to tell me who I am when I know who I am in Christ and I know the gifts I possess. Who are you to tell me what I am capable of when you don’t even know me. 🙏
Please pray for me. I am totally worn out trying to keep up with living expenses. I don't know if I have a relationship with God anymore. I haven't been able to read the Bible or talk to Him. I fear He may spit me out of His mouth due to me being spiritually lukewarm 😞

I also have my own struggles with anxiety but I know God is almighty and powerful. Jesus fights for our battles and gives us the strength to keep on going no matter how hard it is. God loves you unconditionally. We are more than conquerors through the blood of Jesus Christ. God will never give up on us. God loves you unconditionally. We are more than conquerors through the blood of Jesus Christ. God will never give up on us.
