Bryce still hasn't even proved himself to be a contender in what's overall an easier division. Aljo I am prepping for a kickboxing tournament in a couple months. Beginner level. Only 2 min rounds, but still, 2 min nonstop. If I keep advancing which I think I will it could be up to 6 rounds. My nutrition is on point but I am looking for conditioning. What would you recommend? Sprinting? I train 1.5-2 hrs four times a week.
