so happy david dastmalchian is finally getting the flowers he deserves
i am so happy for David Dastmalchian finally getting all the love and attention he deserves. i hope to see him in more leading roles. one of the ony actors working nowadays that i would actually go see a movie just because he is in it.

This is like a little prequel for "Late Night With The Devil".
Absolutely loving the nods to everything that was buzzing in 77. And Dastmalchian's references to Oh Calcutta, Vincent Price, and how The Sentinel was under appreciated; brilliant. A wonderful, kitschy way to introduce the film ❤

Wow! Talk about an experience! Just watching this video made me excited for the film! Not to mention it also made me feel really inspired to try and be apart of this somehow! This is an outlet for many different, but like minded individuals. This would be fun and entertaining for people of all ages! Great job!!

It really is the type of movie that deserves a rewatch. Because it’s found footage, it’s very easy to miss things that become very significant.
It’s been interesting to see such different interpretations of what actually happened.
My hot take: Jack never did anything evil at The Grove. He was a Midwest dude trying to get famous. He made connections at The Grove and got his show because of The Grove. But it’s just because of the connections he made there, like any fraternity. Calling the show Nite Owls was a direct reference to The Grove.
But being a clean cut midwestern guy, he wondered if maybe the weird Grove rituals were in some way Satanic and if he did something evil that he will pay for one day.
His wife wasn’t sacrificed. She just happened to get lung cancer, something that can and does happen to non-smokers. But Jack became paranoid and wondered if this was his payment or punishment for involving himself with the “Satanic” grove (which are really just rich dorks playing pretend).
The demon picked up on this paranoia and fear and guilt of Jack, and used it against him at the end when it made him hallucinate Minnie (The real Minnie was trying to make contact with him all night to try and warn him but Jack wouldn’t “accept” as Christou told him to).
That's an interesting take. I just watched it yesterday, but I've got to watch it again and figure out what I think is actually going on
Those commercials were amazing. Great work and Dastmalchian always stealing the show, Definitely it's a great actor.
Hopefully, this will be added as an AWESOME special feature should the powers that be at shudder and IFC Films respectively decide that "late night" gets a future physical media release

"...may become part of an upcoming feature film!" Did he just say that? Yes, he did! Boy, that took me right out of this whole special like the last 12 minutes of the actual movie! Which is a real shame. The entire movie was "You're watching 70's footage" and then the last 12 mins. the whole perspective shifts dimension. THAT is why so many fans are unhappy with the ending btw.
