Had to watch your video again it always makes me so happy to see it. I love the realism of the eyes and I want to get that kit but I'm so afraid I won't be able to do it anywhere near the way you do. Wish me luck and give me some confidence.
what a cute lil whale. love that you own the mistakes and show us it happens to everyone. your little girl is so adorable xx
I actually cracked up when she bonked the extra "clay" on it's head. She's definitely great at what she does...and funny! :) New subscriber here!
adorable! the water seems so simple but looks totally awesome! thanks for sharing!
This is what I have been looking for as far as shape for the frog cake that I am attempting to make for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Thank you!! This is my first time to attempt carving a cake and decorating it.
Just had to watch this one again I love the Narwhal you're one of the first ones to bring it to the attention of the world at least the caking world thank you for sharing and keep on caking
I love that you leave in any mistakes into your video.. the tail didn't come out exactly how you had planned (doesn't that always happen) but apparently it even happens to Liz

Do you have any suggestions for stacking this on a larger tier? I’ve done tiered cakes before but carved and shaped cakes are new to me. 😬

So cute! Perfect timing I’m making and under the sea cake. I’m going to try that ganache for the water.

Love your vids😍😍
First I want to say ... I LOVE your work, and your videos are very very helpful! You've been very motivating! Thank you!
I have to ask ... if you were selling this cake, and it needed to sit for a day or two or be transported, would it hold up? I made a beautiful Coach bag cake that was perfect in my house for two days, the customer picked it up and transported it home and I could see in pictures that it was collapsing a little bit on one side.I wonder what I could do to help support the next cake. I had the bubble tea straws, but the cake cardboard was only on the bottom, which sat on the decorative baked board. I had nothing in between the layers for support inside of the cake, except for the bubble tea straws. It was about 9" tall.
Cake should always be refrigerated up until they are delivered and internal supports used if the cake is more than two layers of cake high.
@@SugarGeekShow Thank you so much for responding! Lesson learned about the structure. I have a lot to learn! About the refrigeration, how do you keep it from drying out a buttercream cake or creating a condensation covered cake with fondant cakes?
@@ericamarie6679 Buttercream protects a cake from drying out and condensation doesn't hurt a fondant acke
Sugar Geek Show really? I’ve read so many things about condensation ruined cakes. I had one covered in condensation. What do you do, personally, when the cake starts to form condensation? It doesn’t look super great. Can the colors run? And decorations disfigure?
Thanks Liz. Where can one get the unicorn mould?

Thank you
One question do people when they try the cakes feel weird because there is the texture of cake pop dough and after the cake in one bite ?
The texture is creamy and tasty to eat, not weird tasting :)
I think is a good what to add to the shape but I was wondering
That's true I was very afraid! I challenge myself now
Rebecca is my auntie thank you so much for making a narwhal!
