After doing my in person exploration of Colorado mines in the mid-60s and 70s I'm forced to explore vicariously through you guys and your channel. Something some people may not know is after you have pointed out a mine with gorgeous veins as in this mine some may wonder why the miners quit on them. They may also wonder why no one has come back to continue mining considering today's mineral prices. Looking forward to every new episode!!
Hey Gly, I was watching a live stream from Bright Insight. He mentioned how his following on UA-cam is 5 times more than his following on Rumble. But during his live feed he had more people viewing on Rumble than UA-cam. Even he says YT is suppressing him. So you might want to start posting your videos on Rumble and see if you get more views there. I don't think it would be that difficult to do because I think whatever video you've prepared for UA-cam you just have to prepare for Rumble as well. Anyway just a suggestion.
Love to laura she is realy in to it.. Dont forget we love you and what your doing,, dont forget to talk to your followers.. do not trust youtube as anything..trust us following you...
Wish I was there it got down to 14° last night and I'm frozen of course I could not help you in walking around with you I would just have to set in old Bob and stay warm, Be safe my friends.❤
Colloquially known areas are common. As for getting on a map, it's easier than you think. In the 1970s one of our neighbors had a street sign made for our driveway we shared on the side of the hill with several other homes. We put the sign up like any other and eventually somebody of note seen it and put it on a map. It's been there ever since. Nob Hill, Aromas, Ca..
Nice to see a proper episode again. I understand why you are putting up the shorts but man, so many. A few shorts are great but lately there are just so many its crowding up my feed from your channel and I'm finding them quite off putting having to scroll through them all to find a full length episode to view which prefer to watch instead of short installments. Apart from that, this is one of my favorite channels to view
Hi, They could well be bathtubs. There is an old abandoned colonial jail (trial bay gaol--- this jail does appear on youtube) a few miles from where I live in Australia. The ruins of the bath house has tubs not much better than that. Cheers Daniel.
Hi Gly & Laura. Real nice explore enjoyed a lot thanks. Whats going on, Gly can stand on the edge of ore passes trying to get the view down, but chickens out of a safe hand rail incline shaft 🐔🐔 😂 stay safe 👍
I still laugh at the video where he was down in Mexico and was walking the old stone aqueduct after he had clearly consumed a few local beverages. Seeing the people below looking up at him like "What is that idiot doing?" was just killing me, lol....
Hey Gly & Laura I am sure you know this but yesterday Canada Frank release video 373 and it was stuff he never leased when he went to mines with you Gly. It's called "#373 New Video, Frank and Gly find a live rattler in a mine!" Cool scenes with an unhappy Rattle Snake.
You can see three "bathtubs" from googie Earth. Possibly they were buddle pits/ponds to use water to separate different minerals in the crushed rock that was dumped inside of each. They were probably looking for gold but this particular are contains roughly 0.2%/ ton so it didn't make sense financially. The upper mine was of pre WWII vintage. Lots of ore was there but you really had to work that mountain hard to get anything out of it.
Well, to start with seeing sparkly rocks on walls as you proceed. (they show best at helmet lite set at #2). At. 28:10, where the Calcite band was running along to your left, what is that mineral thats "shows" like a red or drk orange color? As you turned your camera now & then. yes, can see the "lint" floating in the air as you walked. When you climbed the path higher to find a ore pass w/track, there were Turq. stones on the ground; "sm. chuck ones". (good for putting on your auctions.) Thank you for an interesting trek on the pathways up to adets and other "stops". You were very informative today Gly. Nice tour; thanks. (and, oh, thank you for not going ahead with Laura's "daring do" attempt to swing down using the track, on the seat of your behinds or as "monkey bars")Ya, stay safe.
Looking at the Minedat report for that mine since you gave the name it averaged 4% copper with ½oz gold per ton and 0.05 oz Silver per ton, also given that the ore was lenticular body's of various sizes it likely was marginal economically . Just watch out your in Jeff Williams back yard you know his take on claim jumpers ...
I think all of your adventures with the boys then...sick and fun humor...Laura is an amasing fun girl dare devil mine explorer. but you have to have a dude colab again even with Laura...
I can't find Gly Coolness, I know I subscribed to it and I know there is no content yet but I am very irritated the I am not getting alerts from UA-cam .

I remember back in the 70's it would rain almost every afternoon.
Really loved this.

Enjoyed your explore, keep them a coming.
The ore cart track reminds me of an amusement park ride.
😂Heeeeellp!! I'm stuck!😅 Probably not a good idea to try to climb down there.
And on google maps it's Three story Mine.
The road may lead to the Desert Bar. Maybe open now for the season, get you a burger and beer!
Wish I was there it got down to 14° last night and I'm frozen of course I could not help you in walking around with you I would just have to set in old Bob and stay warm, Be safe my friends.❤
"You got the track, Jimmy"! 😅😅😅😅😅

Thank you both. GOD bless you both. Hop you both had a good Turkey day
The mill looks like an ancient skatepark
Yucca Arizona in the winter

i have allready sub to your new channel after your last Q and A.
I still laugh at the video where he was down in Mexico and was walking the old stone aqueduct after he had clearly consumed a few local beverages. Seeing the people below looking up at him like "What is that idiot doing?" was just killing me, lol....
“Don’t squeeze the Charmin! “ 😂😂😂
That is really cool of the subscriber 👊🏼
Gly you sure looked skinny on the video with Frank yesterday
Make a bridge with 2 x 6’s across the tracks.
If you post a picture on Google maps you can label the mine the proper name and even put a link to thins video.
Don't squeeze the Charmin
I watched a new never seen before video on Franks channel with you Gly. You moved a lot faster back in the day.
And thats only 4 yrs. back, Gly was still in his 40's....ha,ha.

Gotta see that.
So did you see a difference by not using the word "Mine" in the titles?
I love the way Laura said Mr. Whipple was before her time. For me, I remember him like it was yesterday. Gly Rules 💋💋💋👍👍👍🩵🩵🩵
Relatively beer can free!

Your welcome you 2 on the tool recognition. That was for Thunder ridge therapy 😂😊
Those are orbs floating in the video.
FYI, Frank had mentioned he may come out of retirement this Winter.
Ya, I seen that too.
Yah Hoo!!
Great job. Being you mentioned Mr Whipple, maybe they could sponsor you with paper for your RV.😀
No bat bars probably because the Colorado River Indian Tribe don’t wanna spend the money 😂
Bad time to order from any shipper, we call this "peak season" for a reason.
o frank released a video with you he forgot..the rattle snake..
Could you lay down slats of wood across the track like a bridge to cross the chasm of doom?
Good video! Are you guys on Bluesky? 🇨🇦
27:17 Anyone see Pedro or M. Sokolich?
Never seen you in cerra gordo 900 level tho..the galina global cave Brent found,
36:24 so many orbes that crazy and some of them have special trajectory so not dust .... many animals and human dided there !!
I'll miss ya'll!
Hmm, that incline would appear to hit an aluminum vein, the ground is covered with it. ; P
Let’s keep it real. Frank said when it came to ropes, you were chicken. Hell, I would be too!
Good video!
Gly was "new" then and had no "rope work" excersise's then.
😀
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ol' Slim will catch ya 💀
Cero Gordo?
Laura. Now that you are part of the channel, maybe it's time for putting your blue jeans back on and wearing your own style of clothes.
Everyone that watches the channel could give some to help pay your bills, i will do the same to the other explorers as i meet them be safe.
Spoke too soon on the beer cans 😂😂
I think all of your adventures with the boys then...sick and fun humor...Laura is an amasing fun girl dare devil mine explorer. but you have to have a dude colab again even with Laura...
Sure looks muddy in there some how?

Yep that's a common problem also UA-cam removing who you subscribed to.
@@AbandonedandForgottenPlaces That is what I did wrong, Adventure Coolness, not Gly Coolness. 🙄
