I grew up with my parents raising a huge garden and pigs and chickens and rabbits for food for our family. Dad dispatched his hogs and butchered and processed them and had volunteers (cousins) who helped on butchering day they shared meat with them and mom cooked a big lunch for everyone after I was married my husband and I helped too. I helped mom before that too and it taught me a lot about raising our own food.
Mojo did his very best to try and protect Betty and her chicks. Betty was outside the fence. otherwise, Mojo would have been able to protect her. Mojo, Leeskee, Cora and Russell are great at protecting all the animals. Have a great time at the game. Love and prayers to you all. ❤🙏

My daughter when she was little about 6 yrs I took her with me to go and buy farm fresh eggs and she wanted to know if we were going to eat those for this and I said yes. We had a little hen, just like your hen Betty, and just like your head, and Betty she was highly protective of her babies, and actually even her nest. Recently we did some restructuring of the coops and things, and I gave her to a friend who had trouble keeping her little chicks protected I figured Betty do the job for her and she did. I don’t know if you guys have this problem, but we’ve got a couple of chickens that all not only lay their eggs in the same nest they all want to lay on them. At the same time the silkies and frizzles are in a Toria‘s for it, but we have a couple big hens, and three ducks that seem to want to do the same thing for Betty but I’m glad you have some of her children and grandchildren
Rachel just looks beautiful! Have not seen her in a long time! I enjoy seeing her work with the dogs. My husband always let me work with the animals. I miss it.

They are 43 yrs old. His smile still hasn’t left!! It was his dream!!!! I’m so glad that you took Caleb!! He will never forget it!!! 🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛. 💙💙💙💙💙⭐️ Since my son had had a brain tumor the year before & 2 strokes during surgery then complications after, I wanted to give him his dream. So glad I did! They have 4 kiddos (17-7) so not much time/things just for them. Very involved parents and always have outdoor weekend activities.
