This is perfect!!! Very easy way to wire it as well, I love the amp the racks and your playing, I use the same effects and rig in my Helix, emulating a no amp in the clean 1 preset with comp, eq, Micropitch shift, tri chorus and reverb, other clean sound with the same stuff but added pan delays and clean 3 preset with the Circular same as you, preset 4 is a rhytim high gain, preset 5 is a lead with Circular delays and detune preset 6 is lead with reverb and pan delays left and right, congratulations for your rig!!! Enjoy
so, basically a re-thinking of the customised Rane mixers i "designed" & played --- for both my 3-Point Stereo & Dual Discrete MONO set-ups --- since the early-mid 1980's! with MIDI, and (hopefully) with a signal path of higher fidelity? nice.
Luca, if I use FX1 for a mono reverb effects unit, but use FX2 and FX3 for stereo SPX90 pitch C and stereo PCM70 circular delay, would I lose the stereo image?
Excellent. Your line mixer is the only solution for guitar racks in the world to use two independent fx sends like on a studio console. It is a very logical signal routing. I will save some money and invest it in your mixer. At the moment I use a tascam line mixer and a rocktron switcher/looper. With the tascam I have one fx send. But I need two separate ones: one for the reverb bus and one for a delay bus.
I have a Mesa boogie quad preamp as well as a studio preamp that I run into a 50-50 mesa boogie power amp. The clean sounds you’re getting are the only ones that are evocative of the rig. So I’m gonna have to check out this road seven company a little bit more as I haven’t heard of them before. Hopefully the speaker caps are up to snuff as the Macy’s are great but they’re pricey as well as being very heavy even in 2x12 vertical.
I have started builiding a small rack. I am using a Yamaha SPX50d for detune. In order to activate the SPX I switch the singal going into the SPX. The problem I have is this: to achieve the right amount of detune I have to set the level of the SPX pretty high, this results in a jump in overall volume. Do you have any tips on how to avoid this?
Don’t sweat the English. You’re sharing great information! Thanks from Seattle !

Beautiful setup
Nice setup & sounds🤘🏼😊

Posso chiederti una cosa?
The redseven mslm is such an incredible device. I just can’t get around to shelling out almost $2k for it. :(
I have #001 and it’s the best purchase I did to my rack system! Worth the buck!!
This is great sounding! Is the RedSeven unit the splitter aswell? If not, what do you use for that?
