They seem to be quite happy in the south of England Eilish, so should like your climate even better. I just don't leave them outside if a frost is likely, though they are growing pretty fast so won't be mobile much longer!

Thanks for the tips. In your dialog you said the fertilizer is high in phosphate and calcium. I think you meant phosphorus and potassium. Basically, any fertilizer with a similar ration to your 4-8-7 should provide the same bloom stimulus so I will try something like what you are using. I have my dragons in the ground, not sure if that changes anything with regards to the fertilizer regiment.

Hello Richard, I am enjoying all of your videos and am following you on Facebook and have learned so much from you and thank you for that. I do have a question though. Well watching you feed your dragon fruit plants I noticed some of the plants, you have the DF in smaller pots sitting on top of the soil of a larger pot. So I am wondering why you have them in the smaller pots and some are already planted into the bigger pots.
Thank you in advance and happy growing!

Hey Richard, how often should you repot adult dragon fruit? I have a pot (large size similar to your videos) that is holding 4-5 plants that are about 5yrs old and this year it hasn't been doing well. The plants look healthy but bearing just a few buds and the fruits are half the size of previous years. I'm curious if it needs repotting since the roots developed so much over the years in the same pot- I'm imaging crowding. Appreciate any guidance you can provide. I love your channel and have told so many friends about you!

I got them for $15 and $20 a piece which after you cut them made them extremely cheap. They are not only cheap, but they are also very tough. All you have to do is make sure you drill enough holes for water and rain to seep out. They have lots of bright blue ones, but I found some white ones that I preferred the color. Just an idea for you to try. I don't know where you live, but you may find them in your area too.
