DIRTY-DOZEN CORE-CRUSHING CABLE CIRCUIT from BJ Gaddour, former Men's Health fitness director and MetaShred creator!
Cables are a great training tool to mix into your workouts. They provide a unique constant tension stimulus and minimal joint stress. Plus, they allow you to access unique horizontal and diagonal angles on your feet to round out your fitness arsenal and become more athletic. Your core muscles won't know what hit them after finishing this circuit. And it works your whole body so the fat-burning and metabolic effect will be on point too!
Perform each move for 40 seconds of work (or 10-20 reps) with 20 seconds of rest between moves:
1. Multi-Level 1-Arm Split Rows- Left
2. Multi-Level 1-Arm Split Rows- Right
3. Anti-Rotation Shuffle Walk- Left
4. Anti-Rotation Shuffle Walk- Right
5. Rotational 1-Arm Chest Press- Left
6. Rotational 1-Arm Chest Press- Right
7. 1-Arm, 1-Leg Hip-Hinges- Left Leg, Right Arm
8. 1-Arm, 1-Leg Hip-Hinges- Right Leg, Left Arm
9. 1-Arm Split Squats (20s/side)- Left Leg
10. 1-Arm Split Squats (20s/side)- Right Leg
11. Overhead Diagonal Chops
12. Constant Tension Zercher Squats
That's 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 2-4 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.

Now that is the BEST most effective abs cable workout I have found. Effective weight, abs burn in a few minutes. I have home cables and now can put them to use.

07/15/20, well, I'll be trying these out tomorrow morning @ 3am, lol. I really hope I can really feel the burn after attempting these. I tried another video, for women, using cables and I didn't really enjoy that trip.

This is great for martial arts and sports. They only thing I would change is the cross punch i prefer bands.

Sure! But different type of resistance. Cable is constant, band increases with stretch.

I don't know what's wrong. 10seconds in, the video turns into weather radar. Turns green, blank and just random pixels. Sound still works. Anyone else have this problem?

Bj your program is $9 more expensive then it should be. We only get 6-9 workouts a month and you don’t even do the workouts with us. Just giving you the cold hard truth. Do the workouts! It would help me out. I might actually do them instead of just watching them. Working out is your job no? Other then that complaint you have a knack at creating very interesting creative workouts.
What's that say about you if you can't do a workout unless the creator of the workout produces you a follow along? That's sad. I suppose your diet is not dialed in because you don't have a chef creating your meals.
