    Great! Question: MDF is the best option? (My first experiment ended up a disaster using particleboard) ... following all the steps!

      Hey Gerrit, MDF is a great option and cheaper than plywood, but a good plywood would be a very good option. I wouldn't use particle board anymore, I've tried it before!

      MDF is terrible material plywood is much more stable

    Do you have thoughts on using turn buckles vs clamps?

    • @HovingtonInstruments
      @HovingtonInstruments  4 роки тому +1

      I use both, when making a more complex shape I prefer using clamps, as you can see in this video ua-cam.com/video/98To4hfqEik/v-deo.html
      But for the majority of them I find turn buckle to work great, and if needed I can always add clamps too.
