I literally stumbled on your site today. Been watching for hours. First, I want to say, thank you, for all the information you give. I have found that many of these online small businesses don’t like to share their sources. But you, are so confident in what you do, is why I think you don’t mind. I’m in my early 60’s and would love to learn how you learned how to promote your business on social media. I’m so intimidated by it. I’d like to retire from my regular 9-5, and love crafting so if I can start a small business for extra income I would love some guidance on how to use social media for that. It’s just a dream right now but hey, your dream came true so maybe mine will as well. Blessings to you on your journey. 😊

Thank you so much for this video! 💕 My online small business (Allure Legacy) has been opened for a couple months with no sales. I've been feeling discouraged and debating if I should quit. But I have to remember why I switched to primarily apparel. I love creating the designs and seeing what I could come up with. At the very least, I could make myself some shirts with them or give them to friends and family 🙂

My business and content creation is my full time job! Because my business is about a year and a half old, I still don’t know the trends of when business is slow and when it picks up. Every month my income is different so it would be a little risky to rely solely on my business for my income right now. But my business + content creation provides multiple streams of income and is definitely enough to live off of!

Great video, you answered a lot of my questions, because I'm just starting my own and I have a lot of self-doubt that things won't work out or I'll be in over my head, because I'm guilty of procrastinating at times. I love that thermal printer. I have the Dymo LabelWriter 450, but maybe I will upgrade to one of those later on when things take off.

How do you handle a customer who would complain that their glass cup was shattered when they received it? Refund or free replacement?
My policy allows customers to contact me within two days if anything is wrong with their order, and if a glass arrives shattered I have the customer send me a picture to confirm. Although it’s not technically my responsibility, I do always replace the cups!
