INGREDIENTS
Wings:
12 chicken wings
4 eggs
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
Pad Thai Sauce:
1/3 cup fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons tamarind syrup
2 tablespoons sriracha
1/4 cup peanut butter
Garnish:
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
2 tablespoons thin sliced green onions
Juice of a lime

Most Thai dont really eat pad thai so this is an interesting to see as a wing-ish form 😮
