Hey there, Dr. Donnally does about 15 new patient telemedicines💻 every week. Here is the best path forward: 1- email your insurance card to Spine@TSCspine.com (We can’t take Medicaid. Private pay is sometimes an option, unless Medicaid) 2- if we take that insurance THEN upload your images to my portal for your 1st visit. (The only HMO we take is BCBS). 3- I must have X-rays and MRI, X-rays are critical! “Just” MRI isn’t enough and is a misuse of your time. It needs to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed or wanted. Cant stress this enough, must have BOTH: x rays and MRI. 4- You need to get your CD of your X-ray and MRI (imaging centers will NEVER send them to us) 5- On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! 🥰(or at a CVS with Physician LookUp Code k5037438) 6- To recap: email us, get CDs, THEN upload! Step by step: ua-cam.com/video/HpKOfI_1FSs/v-deo.html - Again- no Medicaid. Must have your X-rays and MRI.
It’s a great option for very young people with a disc herniation due to trauma but ACDF is still the best as it addresses all degenerative issues as well as mentioned by Dr and eliminates Facet joint pain (Neck Pain) which ACDR does not address
What is the option I have bone on bone ,in lumbar, pinched nerve in my neck & scoliosis.all degenerative.surgeon wants to do it all at 1 time @@DonnallySpineConsult
Thanks Doc, I’ve had 2 cervical surgeries and 1 a nerve decompression.

Really long answer. Kinda hate TLIFs at 5/1, most don’t get enough lordosis

What is the difference between fusion and replacement?
That’s like asking the difference by salt and pepper
fusion is welding metal to fix a break . replacement is replacing a broken hinge joint instead of welding it together
Ok what’s the solution? Also, the music wasn’t the right choice for this video.
ACDF.
That feedback helps- too loud or too epic?
