Sir, mera ek package aya china se merko mere logistics partner se call aya and unhone pucha customs duty kon pay karega maine bol diya k jinhone bheja hai wo but bad main merko pata laga k customs duty mujhe pay karni hogi but tab tak unhone system main DDP dal diya ab wo package stuck hai status main, confirmation pending ddp, ye likha aa raha hai kya hum kisi tarha isko change karwa sakte hain ddp se ddu.

CIP risk passes to the buyer in the seller's country once the goods have been handed to the first carrier or loaded onto the first means of transport. DAP loss or damage risk remains with the seller until the goods have arrived at the name place of destination
