I like the solid and simplicity of this design. I don't have brick on either side so I'll be changing one side of the frame and connecting that directly into a 75 x 75 shs post and concrete that into the ground. thanks for the video ! Really enjoyable
nice job and video Mr Ion and glad to of been of help to you with the materials.. Next one you make maybe buy a pre drilled box section item from us already cut and ready for the gate lock to save a lot of additional time and effort. Thanks DC
Hi Mr Ion & Son, this is first time I watching this video, excellent looking gate, how much it would cost to built something similar (95cmx1800cm), and do you also build one if ordered?
@@mrionson1806 you wouldn't happen to have the code . I'm following your video which has been a great help but can't quite see which hinges I need to get getting a friend to wield a frame .
Brilliant video, loved the whole idea of combining cladding with a steel frame, I've been looking at replacing my old garage doors and this looks like a winner for me. How did you attach the cladding to the steel frame out of interest? Great music too. Many thanks for sharing your video, really appreciate it.
A real craftsman, thanks for sharing your gifts with us.

Looks very nice. I will try to build something similar 😊👍🏻
What mm box tube did you use for the outer section of the door frame?
Great job but would highly recommend spatter spray especially if your using a gas less welder.
Thank you i will. Honestly by the time i build that gate i was using welder for the third time in my life.

I really like the Woodglut plans.
Mine works too. I used the Woodglut plans and performed it without any problems.
