Honda city an overall best among three bcoz of these points: Class vehicle Stylish & sharp looks in all sedans, specially alloy wheels Premium interiors look Smooth driving in city Good braking in high speeds Good mileage, saves money Sunroof & Good smell bcoz of high quality seats & plastics Good visibility Spacious rear, leg & headroom( luxury feel) Easy to sit & stand Brand value.. Premium & automatic touch buttons Large boot space..even for large size luggage White lights in front ...rich looking leds DLR sharp design High resale value
WTF man the I-Vtec engine in the Honda City is one heck on an engine.... Its got the racier note when u push it n its a treat 2 hear it.... n it has a better steering feedback then the Verna.... Stop giving a paid review dude
IN C SEGMENT SEDAN.I CHOOSE THE i-VTEC 1.5L CVT HONDA CITY ZX.ITS SO PREMIUM LOOK COMPARING OTHER 2 CARS & THE HONDA CITY HAVE MORE LEG SPACE COMFORT SEATING ARRANGEMENT.
Man I am gonna cry he said that the petrol unit of verna is more punchier than the honda's ivtec!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I am going to die.Verna for cornering!!!!!
PREM KUMARI RAI mee too . Like how can he say that . Verna just has the figures otherwise onroad performance is way different. The I VTEC does a sub 10sec to the ton . I think Hyundai has paid Motown.👎
Guyz....This man really does not knows the real fun of an i-vtec motor... And verna is the most fuel consuming among petrol units...he is not knowing it..😂😂😂
I still remember the accident that happened with creta where it toppled from right lane to the extreme left lane due to a faulty divider on the highways. The copassenger was sleeping but gess what... They both came out safe . So i think hyundai is strongly built. It realy matter how you car will perform during any unfortunate incident. Prepare for the worse & Hope for the best
Thanks for the information. Our American Honda Civic Hybrid 2004 156,000 miles Everything still works fine, especially Airconditioner. 2002 Suzuki XL7 SUV 7 passenger, 158,000 miles. Needs AC work only. I will work on the AC myself.
Good comparison video ...I mean BEST But views are less So I ignore it When I first played it for 1 min ...then I realized ....this I m searching for between 3 best budget sedan comparison Keep going you tuber Hope u get more views ... U work so hard for it... All the best N by the way ...I m sharing this video with my friends ...we are always debating about this topic ..which is best budget sedan in India I got the answer ...for me ...it's New Verna Waiting for 2018 Honda City ...it's on next level !
I have a Ciaz and Verna. The Ciaz is very comfortable when compared to Verna and has ample leg room. The engine is underpowered and it is good enough for a family of 5 and city rides. The Verna is feature loaded and is absolute value for money of the 3. I test drove the city. The engine is very engaging and the gearbox is slick. But the ride is the hardest of the 3 and there is a steep premium for it. The Verna is the perfect all-rounder. Though the engine doesn't rev as much as the City, it is fun to drive . The torque is available lower in the rev range and it is a pleasure to drive in the city. I own petrol manuals
Couple of mistakes in the review. Lighter steering wheel does not translate to be a drivers car, though it is comfortable to have lighter steering in cities, but on highways(at higher speeds) a heavier steering provides better control. Another one is the smaller the turning circle radius the tighter you can turn the better it is, so by your numbers verna with 5.2m is better than city with 5.3m and ciaz 5.4m
Sir Ciaz facelift launch kab expect kar sakte hain? Currently Ciaz pe bahut achhi offer mil rahi hai (around 80k on automatic), shall i wait for the new ciaz or book current model?
Dashboard of city looks good agree with it....but what's futuristic about the exterior?? Compared to both the cars it is a bit overdone....the 1st Gen and the 2nd Gen very the best looking Honda cities.
Both Honda & Hyundai companies are competing each other and one of the model of the both companies are Honda city Vs Hyundai's Verna both are look amazing old verna is imporovised provide extra long rich paint and ground clearance and body architecture is awesome both are twin car brothers
You failed to mention that the Hyundai has gasoline direct injection (GDI) which is the newest petrol engine technology. The other 2 brands use old engine tech.
Hello Sir, there is a blinking red light in the middle of the dashboard (between the defogger vents) near the windshield. Can you please tell me for what purpose it is n why is it blinking?
@Motown India : I totally disagree with your comment on fuel efficiency. You mentioned like Honda City offers the poorest mileage among the 3 cars. I own the City 2017 Manual petrol and I used to get 21 - 22 Kmpl on my highway trips and 24 Kmpl is the best mileage I got from my City. This is a best figure considering the 1.5L iVtec engine and how can you comment it is poor. Please test properly before specifying wrong figures.
After watching many reviews in 2015 we bought Diesel Honda City...but no one then & even now reviewed headlights... Honda City is partially blind at nights... Now only in topend they provide LED.. On highways it's very hard to drive above 90kmph as the cattle/parked vehicles are not visible.. I'll say Tata Vista headlights were far better than Honda City's headlights. Please do review night time visibility of the cars..
Motown team, Please help me on this.. I did test drive both this vehicle City V and Ciaz ZXI+ as both of these vehicles price comes close at hand.. i couldn’t come to a conclusion.. so please suggest me which one to buy? I’m looking a sedan for my parents and they are 50+.. in a budget of 11-12L.. usage is only 1000kms/month it will be always maintained by a chauffeur.. which one is reliable? Performance is secondary.. mileage, comfort and maintenance is a primary one i consider.. so suggest me which one to buy in 2018? City V or Ciaz ZXI+?
if mileage and cheap maintenance is your top priority, then go for ciaz. Honda is costly to maintain and gives far less mileage. also, the service network of Maruti is very wide and huge comparatively.
I think people in the comments are more biased than the reviewers here. from the beginning of time, honda was always known for its petrol engines and hyundai for its diesels. when things change a bit this year, no one is able to digest or believe it. Hyundai Verna this time has taken a lot of care in designing this product with the sole objective of capturing the market and it is working! people do not buy something that blindly. for me, Verna offers great value for money. Honda is just too expensive for the offering. Hyundai with its newest release, is changing the hell bent mindset of some Honda enthusiasts. i have not come to this conclusion because of the UA-cam reviews. i read a good number of auto forums and normal people there share their real experiences. people do not buy the European cars for a reason. though their quality is top notch and the driving quality is brilliant, the Euro manufacturers always dont realise the fact that they are in India and price matters a lot in this country! the after sales of Skoda, VW and Fiat are terrible. there are very few service centers. even there, the service is too bad. you only have fun until there is one small problem in those cars. after that, it is better to throw them and buy a new one for the problem never gets rectified not atleast for a cheaper price. Ford with its good offerings is almost dead because of the same reason. The reviewers are only comparing these cars because they are the best selling in the segment.
3:51 175/65 r17 tyres.. are you serious?? first of all honda city comes with 16" RIMS not with 17" and no tyre company makes 17" tyres with 175mm width...get your facts right...you are giving wrong information man.
Ranjit Keethara Because they will junk these cars! They do't have touch this and push that, but they are solidly built and ride very well, even though slightly stiffly sprung. No crashing and thudding. And drive them above 130kph and you know the meaning of high speed handling. Take these at that speed, and you know you are playing with your life.
Rattan Jaswal Disagree. Its what most people think. Drive the TSI or Fiat Linea T-Jet. You'll never drive Jap/Korean petrol units. Its coz european cars are slightly heavier in sheet metal, that they give slightly less fuel economy. Just about 1-2 kpl gap. But that makes people shun them. Also, services and parts are not avaliable at local garages. That's a major drawback, unlike these 3.
Genie890 If there is good handling, chances of mishap are less so. Ofcourse, it depends on who's behind the wheel and his/her experience. And there are enough high speed highways in India to do such speeds safely.
It's true I had Verna 2008 crdi costly to maintain at present I have BRV Idtec really easy on pocket done 24,000kms,but can't match Verna in performance, all Honda car's have really good mileage
Chutya Honda city is faster than verna.. seems like it’s an paid promotion of verna. Verna is good but petrol city engine is much much better n faster.. first learn everything about a car than talk about it.
Ciaz delta petro -9 lakh I20 asta petrol - 8 lakh Monthly running 500-600 km 400 km highway 200 km in city Which segment car is best for me ? Need : LOW MAINTANNACE COST,SAFETY,PERFORMANCE.
i20's 1.2 vtvt petrol engine is underpowered but its not too bad,. If you want low maintenance cost go for ciaz as it is a maruti product, if you want safety go for i20 asta as it offers 6 airbags. if you want performance you should make a compromise and go for i20. Its the best car in terms of features, safety, hassle-free driving experience and lot more.. Iam using i20 active sx diesel currently, I love it in every aspect. I elite i20 asta also haves same features as that of i20 active, but petrol engine not as punchy as the diesel one but you can forgive that because its not too bad.. My personl suggetn for you is to go for i20 asta
i20 active topend petrol costs 80000 rupees more than elite i20 asta(o) petrol. So if you want SUV like look you should go for i20 active, if you just want a good looking sexy hatchback then go for elite i20. Both are exactly similar in terms of features. But i20 active looks a bit bigger than elite i20. My suggestn is to buy i20 active as it has much more aggressive stance, 190mm of ground clearance and 6% more powerful petrol engine than the elite i20 and it also almost looks like creta. But brother remeber to upload some pics or video of your brand new car and alert me when you have uploaded it.. Happy motoring..!!
Get your information right before making a review like this. The city doesn’t get 17 inch rims nor does the Verma have a wheelbase of 4200mm as told you you.
Yes, lets forget European cars in C-seg which are built solid, have precise luxury and performance. Let's only talk about buttons, wifi, cubby holes,USB ports and ICE. Motown, take some charge to focus on Vento/Rapid/Linea which are actually cars to we should be buying, not these tin-cans. After all, Indian customer gets crap cars from manufacturers because they have asked for it, don't add your credit to that.

honda city petrol is my favourite.
petrol manual: city
diesel manual: verna
any automatic: vento
Ritesh Hasija Damn right! Nothing beats the DSGs in automatics.
I agree with you 100% man.
Petrol-city
Diesel-verna
Diesel auto-vw/skoda
Makes sense. But what if someone don't want to go for volkswagen because of service cost and peace of mind. Verna AT vs City CVT which is better?
@@ArunArun-rv5bn Verna!
Kshitij Pawar fool city CVT is best
No one can beat #Honda #City
WTF man the I-Vtec engine in the Honda City is one heck on an engine.... Its got the racier note when u push it n its a treat 2 hear it.... n it has a better steering feedback then the Verna.... Stop giving a paid review dude

PREM KUMARI RAI there is a reason why vtec is a legend and stands out from others
agree

I have driven Honda city for last 10 years I think if there is any car which can run without any costly maintainence than it is Honda
Yes it's true my city 2001 EX 1.3 is still a gem of a engine my son drives it now 1st FC over done 1,67,000kms

I have a Ciaz and Verna. The Ciaz is very comfortable when compared to Verna and has ample leg room. The engine is underpowered and it is good enough for a family of 5 and city rides. Dude.... Honda's I VTEC engine is just unbeatable.....how can u say that the Verna is better???!?!!!?

verna is best

What a great and hard work you have done man! Keep it up.
You failed to mention that the Hyundai has gasoline direct injection (GDI) which is the newest petrol engine technology. The other 2 brands use old engine tech.
Which is more fuel efficient between City and Verna petrol?
A lot of wrong and incomplete information this review has.
Hello Sir, there is a blinking red light in the middle of the dashboard (between the defogger vents) near the windshield. Can you please tell me for what purpose it is n why is it blinking?
Ciaz has best comfort and ride quality.
A/C consol may look good on the city but changing digits will be a nightmare. You need to see what you are pressing and it will not be swift.
Honda City is the best sedan
I think ur very confused brother didn't give a correct opinion among the three cars
did u even observe the zxi+ and zdi+ in the ciaz they r just awesome
What about the diesels, you have not mentioned on the same
verna car is nice
Bro ur saying ciazs wheelbase as 4490 its not wheelbase it is its length
@Motown India : I totally disagree with your comment on fuel efficiency. You mentioned like Honda City offers the poorest mileage among the 3 cars. Vishnu Y thanks... Unsubscribed ... Their information is incorrect.
Are you driving in some village? I bet you it won't cross 12km/lit when you drive n Metro's
Selvin Samuel Soundrakumar P well try new Verna I'm pretty sure the figures can't make double digit itself...
What about safety bro??? You forgot the most crucial part.
If u wanna a diesel go for verna if u wanna diesel AT then go for rapid if u want petrol then only king is city....nothing can beat city...
1:42 GET THE FACTS STRAIGHT! Ciaz is 4490mm in length nd not in wheelbase.. wheelbase is 2650mm and indeed the longest of the three..
Best suspension in this segment is of ciaz.
Hyundai verna is hands down the best car in this segment!
Best comparison seen so far✌️
What about Rapid? Why it's ignored?
Well put together video!!! Way to go team
Thanks
does the ciaz have electric sunroof??

City or verna stable at speed above 140?
I would go with Ciaz !!!
this was the best review of these three cars
don't like; . In petrol engine city is the best
Best of the C segment. Hell no! Just because they sell well doesn’t make them the best.
1:43 wheelbase of 4490mm???? isn't that its length ??? :D
😂
Maanta hu ki ciaz en dono se lambi hai lakin ye to limousine bata diya...😂😂

Man the honda city drives on 185/55 r16.What are u speaking?? Skip to 3:50
PREM KUMARI RAI I thought 175/65/r15
175 was on earlier models , now it’s 185. Chutya kuch pata nahi n video bana tha hai
Aapko kisne bola ki ciaz mein gear shift inficator or reverse parking camera nhi hai
people in some reviews talk about turbo lag in these cars.....these are not turbocharged sedans....
City's suspension soft??????????????man it's stiff
its actually stiffer than ma Dick
Honda city my type of car

Honda City Petrol best sedan hands down
Not sure why you would not include VW Vento or the Skoda Rapid.
These are very capable cars and have a formidable fan following.
Ranjit Keethara Because they will junk these cars! They do't have touch this and push that, but they are solidly built and ride very well, even though slightly stiffly sprung. Hyundai Verna services is costiest among other two car & gives you very heavy maintenance.....
Based on real life experience 😂

Honda city is the best all rounder
And what's about price??? Ciaz is more practical car than other 2 when it compare with the price ratio .....
Waah
Best review
Not biased
Are you even listening to yourself ??
How can the least turning radius be the poorest
wheelbase of 4490mm 1:45 ??
EBD nhi hai verna me bhai
City is more appealing to me
I am confirmed this man is biased towards verna...
Verna is really better than City. I drove both.
Do you know the meaning of biased?
Do you even understand your question???? I gave my opinion Mr Rai.
Chutya Honda city is faster than verna..
seems like it’s an paid promotion of verna.
Verna is good but petrol city engine is much much better n faster.. first learn everything about a car than talk about it.
Verna is faster in Roll on acceleration
honda city ang suzuki ciaz are the best
1:43... Wheelbase of Ciaz..4490mm?? Seriously?..but it has only 2560mm of Wheelbase...and that's the length of the Ciaz.
I think u said wheelbase instead of saying length 4490
where is Vento??
Ciaz delta petro -9 lakh
I20 asta petrol - 8 lakh
Monthly running 500-600 km
400 km highway
200 km in city
Which segment car is best for me ?
Need : LOW MAINTANNACE COST,SAFETY,PERFORMANCE.
Renish Patel i20 better product. Wait for facelift in march 2018
I20 petrol is highly underpowered
Only diesel recommended. Except petrol engine car is good
i20's 1.2 vtvt petrol engine is underpowered but its not too bad,. If you want low maintenance cost go for ciaz as it is a maruti product, if you want safety go for i20 asta as it offers 6 airbags. if you want performance you should make a compromise and go for i20.
Ciaz got 4 stars out of 5 in asean ncap
Dash of city looks ugly , just look at the hazard light button, it throws symmetry out of window.
Petrol means "Honda City"
Diesel means "Hyundai Verna"
Automatic means "Vento/Rapid"
Look no further.
City gets 15inch alloy wheels
AARON VICTOR no new gets 16inch 2017 one
Thanks for the reply
City has both 15 and 16 inch rims on different variants but the reviewer mentioned it has R17 rims which is wrong.
AARON VICTOR 16 inches
The V variant gets 15 inchers. The VX and ZX get 16
Ciaz infotainment system looks like after market
u said r 17 in honda city
Get your information right before making a review like this.
The city doesn’t get 17 inch rims nor does the Verma have a wheelbase of 4200mm as told you you.
Compare the diesel burners and praise the Verna!
What about the new ciaz
Verna gratest car in segment . I love verna
U should have taken city ZX why VX
Sarthak Shewale the zx is only available with the automatic
Any segment Verna is perfect I have diesel
Ciaz is best in the class😀
Aditya Bansode yes bro ciaz best

4490 mm wheelbase???? Check that Motown
City has more headroom than ciaz and less ubderthigh support than ciaz?....seriously
Honda city ivtec 4th the world is greats car maruti ciaz is the greats car so love that car 💘💝💖👌👍💯💫

Totally rubbish who complains about seat comfort in City !
