These NEW Seris Changes Feel SO GOOD! - Paladins PTS Gameplay

- Welcome back to another Paladins video! Seris is the character getting the most love next patch on the balance side, getting a crazy new rework that will make her a much better all-around support! For starters, the current implementation of Agony is getting put into base kit, albeit with a reduced stun duration! Finally, Seris will have some base utility to make her more than just a healbot!
Seris's ultimate is also getting reworked to allow players to manually detonate it midair, allowing Seris to suck players behind shields and even throw people off the map! And of course, Agony has to be replaced with a new talent, but that's for another video, since it hasn't yet been implemented on the PTS!

Good changes. Bringing back stun as a passive for any talent and activating ult mid air is great. Cant wait for it to go live and try to throw a whole team outside the map with the ult

Seris is so fun with the variety in her kits. this rework doesn't even make her overpowered, just more fun. job well done devs.

These are the kind of changes we need, hopefully they will keep doing changes like these.
Oh damn, this hurts my boi damba even more.
Seris feels like a more effective version of damba atm, mostly because her weapon shots continuously put a lot people in combat whenever it pierces through them, unlike damba's bad projectile shots. The stun from seris can also stun a lot of people at once and you dont even need to aim like very hard to reap that reward unlike damba who needs higher skill to shoot the snake properly to stun. Both of their ults act kind of the same way too, with the only difference being the displacement direction of enemies (damba pushes them away from the center while seris pulls them towards it), and is both counterable by resi. But the one big thing about this is that seris isnt like damba where he loses almost half his effectivity from enemies just buying resi. Seris' utility also revolves around being a very tanky support with a lot of self survivability from blood pact and rend soul. Even if her stuns are halved by resi, she has still a lot of stuff going on for her.
I wish damba could get wekono's curse again. That talent was my favorite way back then. Being able to do damage to people far away from using mending spirits is such a great tool.

Since the buff seris has been my main
it is changed again on PTS - Series nerfed in PTS :( The stun is shorter and soul collector will max out at 12

@@itry_mash8261 he's a slippery cow that doesn't know how to die and can live 1v5 or kill sum1 whose full health while he's one shot. He has way to many ways to survive and its actually absurd, cuz then he disgusting damage as well.

13:50 yea idk how i feel about agony in base kit yet. People will always buy resilience against seris now, which also counters her ult, so this change kinda nerfed her ult aswell.

They are making enemies lose credits just for playing versus Seris, it's buff however you look at that

They still need to buff Ying base healing so I can't stop gettin shit for playin reso Ying in ranked... 😒

They made the stack stun talent a passive ability now. If you think about it, Hi-rez is just reverting Seris back to her initial release state lol
@@rainyjimbo her heal affecting nearby allies used to be a talent too, glad it's not anymore tho
Also think she can activate ult anytime, even midair
Agony is base, now the talent ignore a certain percentage of caut per stack of rend soul for a certain amount of time that I don't remember
Get ult card and moral boost and solo ult flanks etc
Nah, enemies will buy Resi, she has a lot of CC now

Buffing/reworking the other goth style support so people don’t fight over Lilith on release, Paladins Devs big brained it.

Series doesn't need the buff. I feel like they are killing the game. Healer are getting so strong.
Either series needs a buff or every other healer (except jenos) needs a little bit of a nerf. It definitely needs some tweaking to keep her from becoming a damage character but she’s probably the second worst healer at the moment.

What? all champ can have 90% of anti heal and you say support so strong?
