Do you know any tech startups within the Waterloo area and is it within your niche to interview some of the founders, maybe ask why they're building from Kitchener/Waterloo and what kind of talents they're usually in need for? I'm guessing the increasing number of startups within the area is part of what's raising the property prices. Might be nice to explore that

I am glad you enjoyed the video. The price of rentals is determined on supply and demand. As of today, the demand is extremely high we simply don't have enough housing at this rate with continued immigration, rents will continue to sky rocket. It varies from property to property in regards to what is included in a condominium many times the heat or water is included, but most of the time nothing is included especially when it comes to single family houses.
