Built a cabinet and furniture shop that did all these things and it carried me and many other workers for about 40 years. Finally got tired and gave up on finding help with passion, honesty and intelligence. Just playing now in a vast shop under a leaky roof with my kids. No one knows better than me what a tough road you have had and the burden to continue at a profit. Cheers to your fine accomplishments.

I love the fact that all the furniture makers get to choose what they build

It's vital for the future of american craftsmanship to acknowledge what this company has done to set the pace in this sector. Media worships tech billionaires, I worship the men and women that work here. God bless each one.

I am a retired mathematician and spend all my time in either the wood shop or electronics shop. Lately it's been the wood shop building stringed instruments. I must say I am a bit envious of your collection of tools and the skills of the outstanding craftspeople that produce your pieces of art. Glad you do it if for no other reason than it encourage others to give furniture making a go and keep the craft or art alive.

Thanks for the video. I was surprised to see the use of CNC, but it is a logical extension of the form and saves a great deal of time.

Beautiful tour showing the remarkable growth of the company while maintaining the original commitment to design and craftsmanship. Made in Maine has a pretty sweet ring to it for me.

Wow, I can remember reading articles in FineWoodWorking magazine in the early 80's about Thomas Moser.....and thinking he was really doing something different.....I had no idea how much you had grown....thanks for a great view....Paul in Florida

Only class I ever got straight A's in was PE. I never had a chance for shop classes. Now, I have a woodshop. The Thomas Moser book was a big influence on my early days of furniture making. Then I got my first wood lathe. Now, I have 5 of them.... Getting back into flat work now that I am retired....

We have loved our 4' x 11' library table and chairs since they were delivered 16 years ago. It is the centerpiece of our entire house and we could not be happier with it.

From the time that I first saw Thos. Moser furniture in a catalog of which I still receive them, I was impressed the design, style and beauty of the furniture. I especially love the Lolling Chair and would someday love to have one in my possession. I also look forward to someday going on a shop tour. Keep up the beatiful work and I hope to see more in the future. Thanks.

I love what Thomas Moser did by updating Winsdor chairs, and just about every piece the company make has grace and beauty. And can fit with any home interior going.
Congratulation on building a really great company. Enjoyed the tour, hope to get to see the operation in person some day.

I discovered (and have followed) your company since the mid 1980’s at about the same time I found Eldred Wheeler when I lived in Dallas (Eldred Wheeler had a retail shop there at the time). Obviously Eldred Wheeler didn’t survive and I think Thos. Moser’s success is because you embraced modern machines/methods as well as more modern designs without forsaking the care given by 18th century craftsmen. I haven’t given up owning a Moser piece yet!
