Hey guys, in this video on the Layla skill 1. This skill allows you to place a turret that does damage every few seconds in a line. This turret is very strong in the early game and is basically an extra unit. This allows you to win streak very far into the game. This skill is very strong with guardian because they live very long as frontline and your turret will fire many times. This synergy is countered by assassins late game. Because of this I only play Layla if Chou is banned. It is possible to beat an assassin chou but if the assassin player gets stun immunity then it is very hard to play against. With this strategy I go for Guardian crystal early. When playing Layla 1 a good strategy you will want to get northern adventure as soon as you can in early/mid game to get extra gold income. In the early game don't worry too much about interest. The main goal is to keep up your win streak. You will want Guardian Crystal on a lancer unit and make sure your turret is in the corner so it is the last unit hit. Best Runes Defiant Shield (Guardians receive 30% shield when low health) Unlimited Expansion (10 gold per capacity) Premium Client (45% free shop refresh) In the late game you will have Zilong as your main damage. Add Guardian Crystal to him and he will be nearly unkillable. I like to add the items "Guardian Helmet" and "Haas Claw" for him. This synergy is very easy to play and very strong. There was only a level 2 qm brody in this game but because of the high health of guardians you can beat 3* brody/gords. Usually my end build will be 6 guardian 4 qm, 2-4 lancers and 2 warrior. If I get certain double blessings then I will sometimes have 3 cadia, or Inferno fiend instant ult tigreal. Layla is a great commander. I'm learning some more strategies and I will let you know if I find good one combos for the other skills, let me know if you have any suggestions for skill 2/3. Hi my friend, I think Chou is a commander with a good skill 1/2 and not too hard to play. You can play astro + assassin synergy, Quartermaster lancer is decent with this commander as well. You can also play mage lunox with chou 2.
Looking back I could have done this yes. At the time I think I was worried about changing things since I was getting +4 gold each round from winstreak and didn't want to lose that. But hilda/leo would have been around the same power since I would only lose lancer synergy.

If you will get tight budget, then don't use joy but if you get unlimited expansion then joy would be better as main carry or secondary carry
