anyone who would pay over 250 for a used geo motor is probably an idiot
i once found a factory 3 cyl turbo (swift, geo or whatever) in the wrecking yard, turbo was size of a pop can and half. Too bad there was like 3 cars on top of it. I wanted to pull the turbo out.

I dont think it was a factory 3 cylinder turbo. The Swift/Metro Mk2/Mk3/Mk4 came with either a 1.0L 3-cyl or 1.3L 4-cyl 8v. The GTI came with a 1.3L 16v (twin cam) and the facelift model of the Swift Mk4 (2000-2002) got a 1.3L 16v(single cam) from a Baleno/Esteem Hatchback.
We have had a lot of these cars in our family haha. My dad owned a Mk1 1.3L Swift, My mom a 1.0L Mk2 and is currently driving an '02 Mk4. My sister and I both owned a 1.3L Mk4 from '97 and '99 and I later had a '97 1.0L. And currently I am driving my dad's former '01 1.6L Baleno/Esteem wagon. He now drives a '97 Vitara with the same 1.6L engine.
The Canadian version, the Pontiac Firefly, came with the turbo 1.0L as an option.

I cant wait to watch hayden's and Charlie's UA-cam channel when I'm done watching all of boostedboiyz videos.
Look into glad hand gasket. It's what they use to seal the air line couplers for an 18 wheeler to the trailer. You can pick them up at most if not any truck stop. I use them for when I want pass waiting through things like a firewall.

You do understand there is already an AWD system for this car. Its called the Subaru justy AWD and it came with an 1.3 Suzuki design engine that can be turboed and make close to 300hp on vitara pistons.

If you want to remove more weight, take out all the sound deadener in the car. Get some dry ice and it literally pops right up from the metal. Saves time of trying to manually get it off with a scraper and heat gun.

If I remember I'll get a fuckload of bus trim from work and send it your way. Works wonders for places where you'd need a big ass grommet where you ghetto rigged the hoses.

That geo is like a tin can loving the geo
cut the trut towers and remake them so they fit over the struts a lot tighter. that is the best place to make more room specially since the engine needs to come to the side a lot more to accommodate gearbox and the Xfer case. another option is run it in REAR WHEEL DRIVE ONLY. use like a S2000 gearbox or whatever RWD honda gearbox
the intake issue would be easy just remake a intake manifold with aa curve and lomg/medium length runners that sits next to and above the turbo and manifold. that way the engine can sit right back for sweet weight distro
this the kind of shit I aspire to do. keep up the damn good work.

Such a cool project. I would have though no american would touch a Geo. But they are often raced over here in europe. They were named Suzuki Swift for the europen market.

yeah mate just look back a few videos when they first bought the white Honda wagon. They mentioned they work and he showed us his silver Honda daily that he uses just for work while he has all the project cars just for fun.

Intake from a 04 GTO that's where it's at got the same on on my GTO but it's an 04 but definitely plan on upgrading to ls6 intake or the Wilson 102mm intake

Tellin you guys, the 1.6 DOHC from the older Toyota Corolla/Geo Prism is the way to go for a Geo. It fits easy, no fabrication needed and it's essentially a B16. Making 300 WHP or so with that engine is no problem and they're dirt cheap. I love Honda engines and they are better but the Toyo blocks fit in these chassis so much better.

i would put the battery behind the dash or make like a center console looking box and put the battery in there then run the terminals underneath the car
