I’m not saying the remastered Engage The Enemy is bad, but in my opinion, the original just feels more impactful. The remaster of the song is still good, I just prefer the original version
In my honest opinion i kinda like it more, it is less of the "something important is going to happen" to (insert cheesy line about how the future is not written and fate is not set in stone) it feels more positive without losing many of the emotional side, It's basically xenoblade's version of you say run or giorno's piano
I like the definitive edition more. Every instrument sounds like it has more presence. At certain points in the original I felt like I had to really listen hard to figure out the melody of some parts. All the measures just kind of blended together, making it harder to hear the difference between what each instrument is doing. The Remaster makes each instrument sound so crisp and clear, and the melody is even played with a bit to make it sound more dynamic, particularly with the electric guitar. I just think it's overall way better, though I do like how the original had the vocal chorus following the melody of the last refrain.
If only Rex yelled like this... While I enjoy xenoblade 2 more with gameplay. Story and voice acting... goes to one. But x actually wins in gameplay But music looks cutscenes and story go to definitive... music in 2 isn’t bad but it doesn’t stick with toy
This game is really good. If it weren't for the gameplay, I would've probably gone as far as to actually finish the game. I kind of got tired of the gameplay when I got to around Galahad Fortress.

Honestly, one of the dopest lines in this entire vid is shulk questioning if he can do something, and the Monado/Zanza
responding “of course you can”
The confidence of a god saying I can make my will reality, and then making it reality. The writing of this game dwarfs the others and it’s not even remotely close.
3:09 "aaaaahhh"
In other words "All the Scenes That Dominate Your Complete Attention"
The Dunban-Mumkhar fight & Egil reveal cutscene is one of my favorite cutscenes from a videogame ever
you are underrated as fuc-
god i love this game
7:39 Behold, pretty much the only time Sharla has a badass moment.
Same thumbnail lmao
This music is so good, anything looks epic with this song playing.
Ah yes, the theme that first plays when someone is about to die, and last plays also when someone is about to die except this time it's the bad guy who is about to die
"We are Homs, waiting to be eaten"
everybody gangsta till engage the enemy comes on
Engage the enemy into you will know our names is such a boss combo
Shulk's "I'll Kill You"! gave me so many chills
4:29 what the hell is Shulk on to make these moves, damn!
THIS IS THE POWER OF THE MONADO
What a fucking tutorial mode
Blocking is really cool guys
That metal face scene is peak fiction.
18:10 I love this scene
25:47-25:53
How it feels speedrunning a large toilet session.
That first one made me cry the first time, I like had a crush on pheona not gonna deny it
You tryna make me cry?
Fiora tokyo drifted the mobile artillery round that corner huh
11:02 "How do you know me?" Gee, I dunno, maybe Melia said your name 15 seconds ago?
So when is the anime coming out
Did I stutter
I' m still baffled Fiora and Tataru from ff 14 have same VA
shulk fiora alvis gadolt vangarre lorithea egil and mumkhar all voice characters in ff14
You missed tephra cave
please up the bitrate. you can barely tell what's going on in the monado speed cutscene because it's pixelated as hell
If only Rex yelled like this...
While I enjoy xenoblade 2 more with gameplay. Story and voice acting... goes to one.
But x actually wins in gameplay
But music looks cutscenes and story go to definitive... music in 2 isn’t bad but it doesn’t stick with toy
This game is really good. If it weren't for the gameplay, I would've probably gone as far as to actually finish the game. I kind of got tired of the gameplay when I got to around Galahad Fortress.
This song is Nintendo’s version of You say run from My Hero Academia
What is the last one? Is it part of "Future connected"? I can't remember that scene AT ALL.
Nope. Have you completed the full game?
I'll ask here 'cause it won't be spoiler for anyone viewing this video.
Why does the Makinas' sword for Shulk work as the Monade?
It's a replica made using the Machina's technology, but it isn't explained very well.
It's probably just a laser sword by itself but shulk uses his own power to channel monado moves through it in the same way he eventually manifests monado iii
15:20
Gotta say. XBC 1st chapter was depressing

Yeah no. Just listen to Dunban's Japanese VA.
