I do like Twilight as an Alicorn it represents her character arc as she you know progress from a student to princess like she was always meant to be one.
The elements of harmony were actually going to be Charity, Compassion, Devotion, Integrity, Optimism, and Leadership. But they had to dumb it down a bit because, you know, kids show.

Well we don't know that, it's possible that naturally born alicorns are immortal, but ponies who become alicorns after birth through some means, such as Twilight or Cadence, we don't know for sure if they are immortal.

Twilight really deserved to become an alicorn, but I felt like it would had of been better if it was the season 9 finale, since a lot of people didn’t like the idea of her becoming a alicorn.

Twilight's speech at the end at one point reminds me of Lou Gehrig's retirement speech. Specifically, the line "Today, I consider myself the luckiest pony in Equestria." which is paralleled by Gehrig's line "Yet today I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of the earth."
The situation's are admittedly very different and the similarity is probably just a big coincidence, but I can't not see the similarity every time I watch this episode.
It could be a reference, or just a coincidence.

And now I go onto the second Twili-arc. First we had the training arc, and now we move onto the princess arc. My favorite because, of course, of episode reasons. And because of Starlight, my second favorite unicorn after Trixie. Mostly Starlight and Trixie though.
Your reactions to both the ending of this arc, and the arc itself, were quite a bit of fun to observe. Can't wait to see your reactions to the second arc, hopefully I manage to catch up before you reupload to the end of the final season. Something I haven't managed to do yet, as most of the reactors I've seen were already finished, or stopped partway through the series. Hopefully at that point I'll end up having time to do other things.

Actually, I believe those were Lauren Faust's original elements of harmony. She had to change them for Hasbro because they were afraid that the little kids wouldn't understand those concepts as well.

I think it's not only Pinkie, every element of harmony but Twilight's was in disorder, I think Pinkie just needed to make the last step to bring back harmony!

I am still wondering about this, u people know how twilight's element is the crown and the others have a necklace right? well...twilight got her element whole while the other were broken into pieces, this is what I'm wondering. If the other elements were whole and they weren't broken into pieces, then would they still be a necklace or would they be a crown like twilight's?
You bring up a good point, but, if you remember the Elements in their original form all looked the same except the one representing Magic, it's much bigger and his it's own unique shape, so I do think the Element of Magic has always been more powerful/important. And if you think about it, the Element of Magic represents the other 5 elements, Friendship involves "Loyalty/Kindness/Laughter/Honesty/Generosity" Friendship is all about those, This series shows us Friendship is Magic and The Magic Element is represented as the most important one of the 6 of them. Because ti combines and represents all Elements. So she would have always had a crown and the others no matter the fact they were broken would have still been necklaces. That's just my theory/opinion, but it makes sense to me. :)
I actually watched the whole mlp sereies backwards from seson 7 all the way to season 1 im actually really new to the fandom i became a brony like 2 mhonts ago i think and my phases of becomming a brony are actually backwards as well when i first knew about the fandom i was kindve sceptical at first i actually introduced myself to the fanmade content before i actually watched the show cuz i thought i thought i was gonna have a freindship seizure when i watched it :p so i introduced myself to the fanmade content first songs animations fanfics and songs and lemme tell you when i saw the time effort and love into the fanmade content i instantly fell in love with the fandom and i became a full real brony within like 2 mhonts and i binge watched all youre reactions on mlp (backwards of courese xD) before i became a brony and introducing myself to the fandom (i had no idead what the show was about btw all i knew was there were ponies and freindship) i actually thought that the elements of harmony were like dragon balls and they had to progressiveley find them to defet luna (i also thought that luna was like the main antagonist like the final boss they had to defeat when they found all the elements XP) im really happy that i became a brony and im really happy that i found your channell... youre a really great guy and i hope your channel grows to a million subs cuz you deasereve it man!!! and youve really insipired me man...that ive benn thinking about writing an mlp fanfic (actually ive been thinking and creating the fanfic inside me head for years now when i was just dipping my toes into the fandom i just hadnt "refined" it yet its basically the plot of transformers but in reverse ,equestria is about to be destroyed by luna andthe elemnts of harmony arent enough 4 huma protagonists save equestria but in the final battle they were defeated and teleported back to earth (btw earth has a zombie virus that luna put to destroy the 4 human protagonists) the protagonits eventually get out if the infected area and contain the virus (luna's army is eventually defeted and they retreat to earth i hopes of capturing it and turning it into luna's kindom but the humans hold out lung enough to send a messenge to equestria and the equestrian space fleet arrives and defeats the crstal empire space fleet oh and an epic space battle takes place and luna gets "defeated" and then a lot of crossovers happen (one of those crossovers include saving the equestria girls world) and then theres gonna be like a civil war that happents where humanity tries to take over equestiaand the 4 human protagoniststries to kill the mane6 and thats where it pretty much ends i dont really know how to continue it :/... thats basically and reeeeeaaaaallllllyyyyyy short summary of the fanfic (btw im being sarcastic xp) theres a lot more "nitty gritty" to the story the one i have in my head its its a lot more refined but still pretty messy i nevert actually wrote down the fanfic on paper or on a computer or anything i just remembered it all in my head its actaually quite long i think,none of my freinds are bronies and i dont think they even know what a brony is im not amarican btw im from the Philippines (i dont think I spelled that right btw PATRIOTISM XD)just a 13 year onld boy who would be laughted at of they found out i am a brony so i keep it as a secret ... im reallllyyy proud to be a brony and i hope that one day i can make a contribution the the brony fandom i wish that one day i can complete the fanfic and release it someday but im not good with computers and having school and being a kid makes it worse i just hope that one day i can do it... you ve really insipired me man the fandom has literally changed my life i hope that you keep doing you and inspire more people to do the same!!! thanks A TRILLION BROHOOFS TO YOU GOOD SIR!!!. /)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)/)...

No I didn't. But it's still going strong isn't it? I hear from people all the time that Season 3 was the worse season, but Season 4 was the best season all together, and then Season 5 beat that by being even better, and Season 6 I have heard is also amazing. So I don't see how the magic died. That incredible Season 4 finale was SO AMAZING!!! How could people not love this series more than ever because of it? You aren't making much sense XD

Yeah that's because at the time of making it they hadn't planned on continuing the series, that was supposed to be the end, thought they'd end it with a cool shot of her using her new wings. But then they brought the series back because of popular demand the following year.
