not just dogs.... all animals are like that especially "farm" animals - cows are literally grass puppies and pigs are so smart they can figure out how a mirror works.

The only time an animal is truly smart is when they actually can recognize that the animal in that mirror is actually a reflection of themself and not an animal copying them. Its why a mirror is one method of gauging animal intelligence.

I once owned a cat that always came running to sing along when my ex-husband picked up his recorder in order to practice. Head back full throated expressions of musical passion every time. Alas before the era of celphones with cameras so there are no pictures, but I can still see it and hear it 😃
My cats also love music, they have different tastes I think there's something spectacular about animals loving music, it shows the real emotional similarities between us and them People who think animals can't feel deep emotions are crazy, just look at this wonderful dog Edit. One of my cats also stretches her meows like she's trying to sing
I think perhaps Goose was a piano teacher in another life and has come back to make sure you practice 30 minutes a day! 😉😂🤣 (My mom was a piano teacher back in the day and getting her students to practice everyday was near impossible!) You go, Goose! Not only are you adorable but you will see that the piano playing will continue to improve! 🥰
I wonder if Goose sings with those guitars. I play guitar for my service dog nearly every day or night unless I’m really too sick. He’s not going to howl along, but he absolutely enjoys it. The second I pluck the low E string to start tuning the guitar, he stretches out on my bed and takes a deep breath. It was like this from the very first note I played (I started learning in March 2020). Many service dog schools play classical music during quiet time when the dogs are chilling in their kennels and other music when they’re getting baths or whatever else. They also get taken to live music during training to get them used to the places they might go with their future handler. So anyway, Hughie was exposed to lots of music growing up before I got him at 2.5 years old. I always listened to music with him, but the response to live music is totally different. I think the frequencies sounds more enjoyable and he absolutely absorbs the vibrations by leaning up against the guitar or laying right near it on my bed. He also makes a great audience - he lets me know when he doesn’t feel like hearing a song or when I’ve ruined his vibes with a mistake by giving me the death stare, lol. Overall, he just naps, makes little quiet happy grunts, and occasionally picks his head up to approvingly glance over at me or gives me a kiss. It’s a beautiful thing to enjoy music together and a lovely daily gift I give him as a thanks for helping me 24/7. Enjoy music with your furry, feathered, scaly, et al friends! They love it!
Goose is soo cool! And Bohemian Rhapsody is my favorite song too. And Ashton encouraging Goose to be vocal is very awesome. He's a great singer, lol. 🎶💕🐾🦴
My cousin played the flute and piano. Brutus, their beagle, loved it when she played the piano and he would howl just like Goose does. Also, my sister’s BIL had a German shepherd that would howl when they would spin the big wheel on the Price Is Right.
I love this! The English Springer Spaniel I grew up with, Ranger, absolutely loved our piano. Whenever someone was having lessons, he'd run over and lay underneath the piano bench or under the piano itself. He'd sometimes get in the way of the pedals, but we all loved it anyway! It's been nearly 20 years since Rangie crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but I still think of him every day and miss him.
That took me back 40 years! My aunt played an organ for a dance club, and so she'd practice at home (any number of us played instruments and/or sang). Trouble was, they lived in a house with a shop at the front, and their "living room" was absolutely minute! They had 4 kids the same age as me and my three sisters (fortunately by the time I was in my teens, the older two in both families had moved out/gone to uni) and two lively dogs - a black lab & a springer spaniel. Back in those days, making music when getting together was a perfectly normal thing to do and those dogs would join in with real gusto! It was hilarious! I love Goose - he's definitely got hound in him (of the bloodhound rather than sighthound type. Sighthounds are generally quieter, except for two of ours who'd join in with the kids' recorder practice!) They're enthusiastic musicians, so they're dogs after my own heart. He's brilliant! 💞
I love the way Goose 🐕🐶 REALLY Loves 💞 Bohemian Rhapsody ~ He's making Freddie Mercury and his hooman proud. And you can see it in his face and by the way he howls he absolutely loves that song 🎵💞 and it means something to him .. those howls and those pauses with THOSE notes 🎹 🐶 Ah love him so much!
If he's heard the piano since being a puppy, he probably associates the sound with home, family, and being young/having happy memories. Some dogs have a special toy (like our family dog, Brodie), while for others it's a blanket, or something with a certain scent on it, usually their favourite person. This wee dude just likes his karaoke. It's great for us to see animals appreciating music. It breaks down some of the barriers and misconceptions we have about animals other than ourselves. While I haven't seen a great deal of it in my own life, outside of some dogs visibly preferring some styles of music over others (few enjoy the mathcore tracks I write), there are plenty of UA-cam uploads showing a variety of species (deer, cows, elephants, etc) being enchanted by music. And then there are the head-banging cockatiels. They've definitely got the hairstyles for it, and I'm envious..
These creatures are just perfect for humans, we litterally found the one loyal, musically gifted animal that lives in packs and is just smart enough to be trained, but dumb enough to think we are the best.
If she ever wakes up to find the dog in a sequined spandex catsuit, her Freddy Mercury hypothesis will be confirmed. And I'll be the first to buy tickets to his return concert!!
With that dog in the house you never can procrastinate. He really forces you to practice. 😄
That's a bandleader from another time!
twoset dog
😭😩😂🤣
The way Goose throws his head back and sings is so adorable. He is feeling the music deeply.
Yeah. You can tell he feels that down into his soul the way he sings to the tune.
He certainly sings with feeling 😂😂😂
Lol 😂 🤣🤣🤣

They should make an album together. I’d stream it 😂😊
That's what I was thinking. Bet they'd be #1
The album could be, Goose sings Queens greatest hits. 😅
👍
All animals can be such loving, caring, and intelligent creatures if they're raised right
They're like four legged human but with a simpler level of hedonism.
Try telling that to those ignorant people who think pitbulls are inherently evil.

He is actually hitting the right notes! That’s amazing!😮
🙄
As a piano player, this is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen haha!
🎶You ain't nothin' but a hound dog, singing all the time 🎶
So adorable and 100% a better singer than me 😂
😅🌼🐕
That comment is an 100 % win. Made me smile ☺
*It's been a hard days' night*
*and I've been working like a dog*
🐕🐕

❤❤❤
Everyone who's ever tried telling a dog we're done feels this in there soul 🤣✌️
Man, 64 year old man here and you have me bawling.
Loved your video and the mutual love you and Goose have for one another
He's feeling the melody in his furry little soul! Love him singing along ❤️
This is so funny and sweet. Much love to both of you. Peace and blessings.
What a wonderful demeanor and personality on your beautiful dog.
She's so funny, and he's such a happy dog.
What a great story. So adorable! 👍🐶😊😍👏 It is so cool he looks forward to his music time. 👍🎹🎼🎶 I love his taste in music. 👍👏😊
It's a heartwarming story from a heartwarming family ❤❤❤
Wow, he adapts the key to what she’s playing!
You two are both so sweetly hilarious God bless you both
It's gonna be difficult to play/listen to those songs when he's gone. Enjoy it as much as possible.
She should absolutely record this delightful, unique dog 🐶💕👍
She will have tons of footage to watch ❤❤❤
How are you doing
🤦
Not at all. Those songs will always remind her of the joy she shared with her boy. Music doesn't sour, not when you love it :)
That is so cute he's always asking his Mom "Let's do a duet"
He is so darn cute and he carries a tune very well!
A dog named Goose and loves to sing ...so awesomely cute ❤️
That is beyond cute!! So precious!!!
That is love that is complete love for all of you to do together what a loving baby you got
I immediately thought of Freddie when you started playing...
he definitely feels that in his soul.🐕🌼
My god what a wonderful, wonderful pup… so lucky to have him
My cats also love music, they have different tastes
I think there's something spectacular about animals loving music, it shows the real emotional similarities between us and them
People who think animals can't feel deep emotions are crazy, just look at this wonderful dog
Edit. One of my cats also stretches her meows like she's trying to sing
Lol! Thank God for animals, especially dogs! Love them so much.
Oh my goodness! Goose is beyond adorable. Love his taste in music. Rock on, Goose! Rock on...
This doggo needs his own show. I'd pay money to see Goose perform.
My chickens and dogs love it when I play the harmonica
Best companion ever...special personality, dog...
It speaks volumes about how wonderful you are to invest such time & effort for your dog.
You are fabulous
Dogs are human's best buddy for lifetime God bless you both
This is so beautiful. Animals really have a sense of music, they enjoy it. So much we don’t know about animals.
Love this. My Pug, Gracie. would sing (bark) at only one song. The Lion Sleeps Tonight. But only the one sung by The Tokens. It was her song.
Quando si dice che gli Animali sono Meglio ma Sicuramente più Sensibili delle Persone👍Verissimo

Goose has a lot of basset hound in him. Floppy ears, stocky body, white black and brown coulors and even howl is similar to Bassett hounds
You are truly blessed ❤❤❤what a cutie 🥰
You have an entertainer in the family.. How amazing..
1:45 my favorite part

this dog is channelling the prince from holy grail. 'but i just want to singggg'

My cousin played the flute and piano. Brutus, their beagle, loved it when she played the piano and he would howl just like Goose does. Also, my sister’s BIL had a German shepherd that would howl when they would spin the big wheel on the Price Is Right.

He's the BEST DOG EVER LOVE HIM 💕

Nothing like a hound dog !! Gorgeous Goose.
Wow!! Amazing, beautiful!!! God bless ❤

Thanks. Keep posting. You bring joy to us.
What a joyful household, with music! Dog is super cute, so is the young lady.
That is sooooo cool. I love this! He’s so smart ❤🐕.
Omg, they oughta be on America's Got Talent, her voice is so beautiful, she plays the piano really well, and Simon Cowell loves singing dogs-.
Goose is quite the accompanist with his lovely singing howl.
I love how much you obviously love Goose. God bless you for the love you share with him.
Goose was born to be a star!
This whole thing was hysterical!!! No such thing as an "unhealthy obsession with my dog" lol..... I love it when dogs sing...
Goose is a lucky boy, Ashton seems like a cool mom. Hilarious couple.
Clearly Goose is Freddie Mercury reincarnated, judging by his favorite song.
He's such a sweet boy! Simon Cowell would love him.
2:08 "I'm sorry! I AM SORRY!!" made me laugh out loud!! 🤣
Goose has really good taste in music!! Bohemian Rhapsody is my
favorite song by Queen. plus Goose is super cute.
I would never believe it if I didn't see this with my own eyes. How adorable ❤️
Such talents!!!!
