Over Obsessing About Pitch Design

eh. you’re over obsessing about how people develop as individuals. let them do what they wanna do unless you’re their coach or something.
some people are naturally less physically gifted but are intelligent about the game, some the exact opposite.
there’s no “right” way. there’s guys throwing submarine and there’s guys throwing 12-6 over the top.

Thats called quitting! No player or organization in all of sports have ever won with that approach.
