Water - 100 ml (1/2 Cup)
Oil - 100 ml (1/2 Cup)
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Alkaline Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Hing - 1/4 Tsp
For Sambharo:
Raw Papaya
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Black Salt - 1 Pinch
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tsp
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
For Kadhi:
Water - 1 Cup
Gram Flour - 2 Spoons
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Spoon
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Hing - 1/4 Tsp
Green Chilly - 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves - 3
Water - 2 spoons
Lemon Juice - 1.5 Spoons
