Both got their ups & downs. For burgers, I prefer BK because of the flame broiled styled meat.
And for fries, well... goes without saying, McDs. But usually if you order them "no salt added" and they're made fresh out the deep fryer.

I live in Texas so Whataburger is #1. When you look at the drive thru, Whataburger & McDonald's are always packed. Burger King is always empty...I really do not understand how they stay in business.

I think McDonald's basically invented the french fry as we know it. They were the ones who fried it in beef talo and gave it that flavor beyond just potatoes 🥔 I think that was another Ray Crock trick.
Burger King definitely tops them on burgers. The Whopper is supreme. I'll still eat at McDonald's though, and when they go back to a better theme at Burger King, I'll eat there. They painted the whole place black inside for some reason. I wonder if that person still has a job.

I love Burger King. Sometimes I go to McDonalds as a treat bc it's so different & I love their fries. But I always lean more towards the grill-flamed flavours of BK

Because when i went to the States a while back I notice a big taste difference in all kinds of food to the fast food restaurants to the everyday food like the cereal can food, same brands but different taste.

When Sophia was speaking English and Doheon was speaking Korean ( i believe), it felt like there was no language barrier at all (As in even was like i understand, 5 mins later I realized I was reading the subtitles lol) loved that (even though I don't know any Korean). The others do it as well but noticed more with them. Also I speak English only learning more would be nice but ...... time and my lazy-ness lol

I don't eat meat, but driving by a Burger King makes me give that second thoughts. I love their Impossible (veggie) burger. I wonder if it's cooked on the same surface with the regular burgers, because the taste is just like the smell coming from the building.
nah, none of the veggie products are cooked on the same griddles dude. They have an isolated patty press just for veggie products, they also don't even use the same equipment to touch your non meat products. they have yellow tounges and stuff for meat, green ones for veggie. Health and safety is SO anal in these places these days that you're probably safest going to places like BK as they're mainstream. your more independent places will 100% cut corners and care less! I hate that people have this lax "its fine" attitude when preparing food for veggies and vegans, it doesn't matter our reasoning for being veggie! Moral or health its nothing to do with anyone just prepare the food the way you're paid to.
dude as someone who spent a year working at mcdonalds none of these places do more than half of the bare minimum with cross contamination

I don’t get BigMac, it’s so plain. But at least in Indonesia, McDonald’s have more seasonal items including some local-inspired dishes that are interesting to try. In general I prefer Burger King, because their regular stuff feel more like real food than McDonald’s (as far as fast food chains concerned anyways).
I tend to go to both. They're next door to each other near me. BK for the Whopper and McD's for fries.

Compared to either McDonald's or Burger King I like McDonald's a bit more but I like Burger King's fries more since it's thicker than McDonald's fries more fluffy but if it's out of the fryer and seasoned well they're very good. If I wanted a good fast food burger I go to In-N-Out the menu is more simple and the burgers are always good along with good service from my experience I always have a good time at In-N-Out whenever I get the chance to go since I don't eat fast food all the time and I watch what I eat.

In malaysia kfc and mcdonalds is the best fastfood restaurant
The difference between them in the US is not the same as of other countries by that I mean take for example Japan they are a people known for making things right unlike the US where employees don’t give a damn about what they are putting together in a burger so when you eat it it tastes like garbage. In other countries they are proud no matter how minuscule the job is they do it with pride and a sense of accomplishment So that’s why I like In&Out burger 🍔 better that’s the only place I trust to get a good burger in the US.

Napkins are not a thing there. They usually use toilet paper but they are quite expensive (4 rolls for +2,25$usd). But more often they have gloves to prevent their fingers getting dirty.

I haven't eaten Burger King fries in 35 years. McDonald's used to have the best fries, before they got rid of the beef fat. Now they are fried in 100 % pure vegetable oil and they aren't good.
@@glenncordova4027 I was commenting about 20 minutes old and cold food, but you raise an interesting point: McDonald's fries cooked in tallow (and their apple pies) were sublime back in the day. With huge populations on Keto, it's surprising no fast food chain has come back to tallow. As for BK fries: they change their recipe seemingly once a year and they are never as good as today's McDonald's fries, let alone the ones of old.

I used to love McDonald's, especially the big Mac. I stopped eating at McDonald's in the 1980s. The quality of the food has gone straight into the toilet. I don't go to either anymore.

great format with the various asian countries. i am from an asian country but live in another for the last 22 years, and i find that you need to do more research. especially about diverse countries like china, india... the choice of dishes are not great. so possibly defeats the purpose of what is otherwise a wonderful idea
I like neither but if forced to make a choice or declare a preference I'd go with BK. Personally I dislike both. Plenty of other options.
Burger king is still cheap. Eatjng for two is 20-30 dollars.

I had McD and BK in the US and both were BAD. I'm from Europe and the quality of food, especially fast food in the US is awful. Normally I prefer other food, but if I eat burgers I chose BK. Regardless of the taste that I think is better at BK the frame of time I'm not hungry after eating at McD is shorter than with BK. If I eat comparable meals at BK and McD at noon (burger/pommes/drink), I'm hungry at 2-3pm with McD food and it will take until 6-7pm to get hungry with BK. BK food lasts much longer.

I absolutely love burgers. I hate mcdonalds burgers.... absolutely the worst. But I'm spoiled with whataburger, burger king, and even carls junior. Mcdonalds will never get my money for a burger when better is all around. Mcdonalds breakfast top teir though I guess. Nuggets are okay but if I think about it it makes me nauseous... very flavorless without sauce. Their fries though... Godly.
I had burger king several years ago out of my province, not a fan...they put mayo in a burger?!?? Same as McDonald.😮 Mayo goes on freshly cut/fried fries. Haven't had a nugget from either ever since they removed the dark meat one.

Burger king is awful, the burgers were burnt every time i tried one, and the price was just ridiculous... You can get a real burger for the same price.
At least with McDonald's plastic burgers they taste good and dont break the bank.

The girl is not Korean, she is Indonesian and of course she can speak english
@@bennywicaksono7814 I know she is Indonesian, and she does speak English but at first she started to get nervous, you can clearly see it from her reaction and her hand was shaking a little because she is not used to the language, she once said it in a video. She expresses speaking more in Korean (besides her native language) than in English. Also this channel is Korean.

They weren't fast at all... they were just translating exactly at the same speed they spoke.... what do you expect them to do? pause the video every each sentence so you can read? No... you can pause if you want to... because yes... most people can read at the same speed as a conversation... actually, just looked it up "Researchers have found that reading generally is faster than listening. While the average adult can read 250 to 300 words per minute, the ideal talking speed for efficient comprehension is 150 to 160 words per minute."... So people actually read two times faster than they listen.
So if they said "I think I like burger king more than I like mcdonalds, it's just more seasoned" the time it should be up is the same exact time it takes for someone to say that. If it takes you longer to read that sentence than it does for you to hear it, then you need to work on your reading speed by reading more. You can also google "reading faster tools" and there's some games and sites that will help you work on your speed. So yeah, type up a sentence, read it out loud. Then say it. The speed should be the same.

I remember Wendy's in Britain. It disappeared in the early 1990's. Of all the corporate burger places this was my favourite.
