A full tank will cover a distance of about half the map diagonally, taking approximately 5 to 8 minutes. I agree Daruk's Protection is a good alternative to generate light.
I played this game for hours every day which caused me to complete it within just a few months. I wish I would’ve taken more time to enjoy it because the feeling this game gives you when you are exploring is truly breathtaking. Now that I have beaten it, I can’t get that feeling back. I want nothing more than to erase my memory, just like link, and to experience this masterpiece again.

When I got the bike for the first time, I don't know why but I thought it would be a great idea jumping from the duel peaks with the Master cycle....it was such bad hahaha I almost die. Don't do crazy things at home kids. (I really thought that last arrow would actually hit the moblin, guess not lol)

I still have a hard time getting through it, I wish they hadn’t put in fog to have us restart back at the beginning, it would have been better if they made it like an actual maze to get through
lynels aren't the only enemies that become easy to defeat. due to the master cycles speed you can approach a guardian before it finishes charging its lazer and one swing from the master sword at full speed will instantly take off one of it's legs, stunning it long enough for you to just keep hacking it to death.
Monster parts. Use them to fuel up. You get them so often. You literally need ten to fill the tank up. Don’t waste anything else. Use a bunch of fangs and horns and boom. An ancient core is hard to come by. Just use the most abundant resource in the game
Once you have mounted the Master Cycle, tap the (A) button to move a bit forward, then press and hold the (B) button to stop the bike, while holding (B) press and hold the (A) button, at this point the engine starts up. If you release the (B) button now, the Master cycle will zoom forwards at top speed.
You know those korok seeds that you need to get by going on a horse and jumping over obstacles? Turns out that it works with the Master Cycle Zero as well.

A better way is to have Urbosa’s fury, it basically highlights everything in the radius
I just used ancient shield and a Great FlameBlade
I use my runes like crynosis, stasis, and magnesis
And then there’s just me walking around in luminous gear running around with a torch
I just used a torch lmao

I think one interesting mechanic is missing you can slow time with arrows while on the bike in midair
