I sometimes wonder if Youngjae feels a bit overshadowed. Youngjae had to deal with the stupid Jimin controversy and in the past, he was mocked for being chubby (and it didn't help that the rest of the members were lanky AF esp when he stood next to Zelo). He was always second to Dae when it came to vocals and now Jongup's getting praise for his vocals and getting more lines. I hope he doesn't feel like he only gets attention when it's negative. :(
I wonder about that too honestly. Like, tbh, he never was the most popular inside the fandom during any of their era and that has to be hard in the first place. And as much as it's nice to see Jongup develop his confidence singing wise and being praised for his vocals, it does feel like Youngjae is being forgotten lately even though he is still to this day the 2nd strongest vocalist of the group.
I don't think it's that bad. He's handsome and sigs well. He looks confident, talks a lot and is good at fanservice too. I heard he's one of the popular members in Japan and other Asian countries as well.. while Jongup seems to be more popular in the west.
Everyone loves Youngjae. In all B.A.P's videos I have seeing tons of comments praising him and asking who his name was, but honestly I wish I could give him all the love in this world, he deserves it! I love Youngjae!
I can tell you that during his chubbier days he really wasn't popular, to the point that fans didn't even know who he was and would cheer less during his parts. Seeing that happen 4 years ago and looking at him now, I can tell that it's changed for him. Now videos are flooded with good comments about him and other members c: And there are and always will be loyal BABYz and Brainboxers to cheer him on and make sure that doesn't happen again~

They filed a lawsuit back in 2014 to their company (TS Entertainment) because of unfair working conditions and profit distribution. They ended up coming to an agreement towards the end of 2015 with their company but because of the long hiatus they lost a lot of their popularity.

BABYs don't hate ARMY or BTS. I am fan of B.A.P but I am also a BTS fan. I think BABYs really like the peaceful and positive comments from ARMYs or any other fandom. I have seen plenty of comments from ARMYs that were just talking about the song or the MV, and I really liked those comments. But what we don't like is seeing ARMYs and BTS metioned everywhere as if there invented kpop. We get it, BTS is a good group, but metioned them here, metion BTS in their broadcasts, ask Daehyun as if he knows V, mention BTS in all their videos saying BTS is better. It is funny because you only see these types of comments from this fandom. And it is not the first time group or the first MV that this happens. BTS got popular very fast and they are doing very well, but because of that we want to give a little bit of spoitlight to other groups that also deserve. I hope you udnerstand that. I used to be a hardcore fan of BTS but I have never done something like that. I just enjoyed the video. Now I am a multifandom fan and I support almost all groups. And at the end the one who loses because of some "ARMYs" behaviour is BTS themselves. I guess BABYs are very overprotective with B.A.P after everything they went through and want them to have recognition for all they hard work. Everyone loves Youngjae. In all B.A.P's videos I have seeing tons of comments praising him and asking who his name was, but honestly I wish I could give him all the love in this world, he deserves it! I love Youngjae!

BABYs don't hate ARMY or BTS. I am fan of B.A.P but I am also a BTS fan. I think BABYs really like the peaceful and positive comments from ARMYs or any other fandom. I have seen plenty of comments from ARMYs that were just talking about the song or the MV, and I really liked those comments. But what we don't like is seeing ARMYs and BTS metioned everywhere as if there invented kpop. We get it, BTS is a good group, but metioned them here, metion BTS in their broadcasts, ask Daehyun as if he knows V, mention BTS in all their videos saying BTS is better. It is funny because you only see these types of comments from this fandom. And it is not the first time group or the first MV that this happens. BTS got popular very fast and they are doing very well, but because of that we want to give a little bit of spoitlight to other groups that also deserve. I hope you udnerstand that. I used to be a hardcore fan of BTS but I have never done something like that. I just enjoyed the video. Now I am a multifandom fan and I support almost all groups. And at the end the one who loses because of some "ARMYs" behaviour is BTS themselves. I guess BABYs are very overprotective with B.A.P after everything they went through and want them to have recognition for all they hard work.
