Hello 👋 , thanks for all the valuable information. Is this the same house in Birmingham that you have shot another video for? Would it be right to say the mortgage is 1200 and considerating your council tax you stay in Band C/D area? I am just trying to understand what's the average rent in Birmingham for a 900sqft flat. If we live a similar lifestyle as yours 2+2(2adults+2 minor not going to school), how much expense can one incur. ( 2k,2.5k,3k).
Thank you for your comment 🙏. This is our another property that we own. I believe that a budget of £3,000 should provide a comfortable living in Birmingham.
Want to ask whether driving license of india or pakistan (not international) will work? Or we have to use the international driving license? Getting mixed confusing information. Kindly clear. Thank you.
I've observed a small number of people using their Indian driving licenses in the UK during their first year. I strongly suggest obtaining an international driving permit from India or Pakistan, as certain car rental companies and insurance providers in the UK may require it. The question is, is it worth the risk not to have one?
Thank you for your comment. A salary of £30,000 would result in a net amount of £1,971 approx in your bank account after deductions for tax, National Insurance, and a minimum 4% pension contribution. My initial observation is that this might lead to a tight financial situation, as a monthly income of £2,000 may only cover essential monthly expenditures. It also varies and depends on area you are living. It's worth noting that individuals who hold Permanent Residency or Citizenship in the UK may be eligible for additional support such as child benefits, low-income assistance, and other available benefits. These are purely my thoughts, if you need any help please speak with certified advisor who can guide you correctly. I hope this proves useful.
It's hard to say without knowing your subject background.Have you checked the university ranking and existing students feedback? Best of luck! Thanks for your comment !
Hi sir I am getting offer of 42000 pounds in manchester and i am thinking of moving with my wife and 2 year old child Will it be good to come with 42000 pounds?
Hi , thanks for your comment, I think it should be enough for a family of 3 . As you will get nearly £2700 in hand after tax deduction every month. So in my opinion it should be more than sustainable. Bear in mind that it totally depends on how judiciously you do your spending too. However £42000 is a decent wage for a city like Manchester. All the best for your new beginnings in 🇬🇧
Hello, I'm Mubarak from Bangalore and I will be moving to UK this September for my MS in Cybersecurity at University of Birmingham. I'm an experienced professional and my wife will be joning me in the December on a work visa as she has been successful in the Youth Mobility Scheme Visa Ballot. However, I'm finding it difficult to find an accomodation for a couple and most of the accomodation agents are offering only for students. It will be great if you could guide me on finding the right accomodation. Thank you!
Mubarak if I would had been in your situation I would stay in a temporary accommodation for few months along with finding my local estate agents and showing my interest for a studio or a flat. For a temporary accommodation try websites like spare room, university accommodation or contact your university for assistance. For a 1 bhk or a studio try websites like zoopla , right move. Also you need to be in contract for 6 to 12 months too along with a deposit. Let me know if you need any further help Best wishes Manny and Reenu

Can suggest and guide me 2500 pound can survive at Manchester pls
It depends on individual to individual. With little budgeting one can survive. Don’t expect savings with 2.5k salary in my opinion. Best of luck 🤞
