I noticed that I crave sugar and junk if I haven't had enough protein. As soon as I increase my protein intake everything balances itself out. Took me yrs to figure that out.
Dr. Deloney,
I see your show for today's audience like Dr. Phil's was for that of the early 2000's. May it see that level of success for those who need the support you provide. Grateful.
Supper Nanny! She’s great based on what I’ve seen in her videos!
To the caller, please recognize that you and Dad have a great responsibility going forward. ✨
She is awesome! ❤
Dr. Layne is an awesome guy! I find upping my protein helps my sugar intake but it is easy to fall off.
I think it’s potato chips, my favorite especially with onion dip! OMG, I want some right now! I will never give them up…but will eat them in moderation.
He is very humble to correct the advice he gave earlier to a previous caller . 👌
Thank you JD
My friend bought her adult boyfriend Guitar Hero years ago. He liked this present a little too much. A few weeks after she bought it, she found a lonely guitar but the system was missing fiom the apartment. He told he he had to give it away because he was playing it all night long and he couldn’t sleep or go to work!
you forgot to add
ps. it's true
@@zlocish lol
Definitely needed this today.
I've smashed PlayStations. Things improved.
The literature does exist… It’s a large company so it’s going to have a dedicated research team and developers to improve their product. It’s doing their business but it’s unethical to find ways to get kids hooked, but yes parents need to do THEIR JOB and intervene.
I LOVE the entry! Keep it up lol....🎉...why do we who are energetic have to tone it down? Maybe everyone else needs to just embrace us...lol
You have to start where you are then grow.
love the show
Alright everyone a big YES on 3… 1..2..______
Love seeing people on the show from KCMO, miss that place
The intro is just like The Office Intro
I can never take illegal options. Period
Answering title question:
yes, thank you.
Haven't most of us by now?
Yes, Metroid NES is a really good game!
If anyone has seen me, please let me know! I've lost myself to stress and anxiety the last 10 months! 😅 my heart has been broken and last Sunday, broken again. Grief is tough.
Hot hair was all that was needed in the 80s lol!
Dr. Delony! video games, in moderation with parental supervision, have been found to improve with cognition, impulse control and memory. The most recent study was published in October last year.
That’s where the problem arises though. A great many parents are unable/unwilling to do things in moderation and supervise their kids.
There’s also the issue of online communication, which can be terrible for children. I’m saying both of these things as someone who plays video games pretty regularly.
Can you please link the Valky device cause I don’t see it anywhere & tried searching for it online & can’t seem to find it on there either.
Its the valkee human charger! I can’t link it here because YT has that off.
@@flashthecorgi2053 thank u I appreciate your reply.

What’s the name of the little gadget?

Haha I bet kneesovertoesguy would disagree with the statement about 5'6" dudes not being able to dunk. Not that he is that height, it's just his thing x2
