There are already many public (government) schools in India but the education quality there isn't the best. The thing that needs to be changed is the mentality of Indians and not just cramming for exams to get a secure job and average pay but also get a good life and experience

(2) Only education has no relation with earning money. You have to make/ produce a product and by selling this product, you will get money. In this way, goods, softwares,any kind of services(consultancy, medical service, banking service etc.) etc are products. If all people of a country has masters degree, still the country can be the weakest and most poor in the world.
That means, education that can help to generate income is needed so much.
(3) It is also true that as India have a large population, it is really difficult to get job for everybody.
Go out in the streets and have a look. You will see more people who are struggling then people who are out for shopping
