That was new news. Thank you. So... Press the On/Off button 3 times quickly and then hold down the On/Off button (for about 11 seconds) until the Flip shuts down.

Hold Bluetooth and plus till it does the sounds, I fixed mine just now by holding the Bluetooth and play buttons till it made noise
