Greetings from Germany, I just bought a charger Bosch C3 and it does not charge Batteries that are too low, which is ridiculous as I just bought it for this reason...as a german I seem to have to try your approach.

Bhai bike ka indicator 12 volt dc leta hai toh 19.5 minus 12 equal to 7.5 ....hame chahiye 13 ya 13.5 volt.... please explain
Indicator is using 12V but, less ampere. Which means low watt drop. So in laptop charger ampere ia fix then voltage will be high. So actually volt drop do not matter but power drop matters. So you can calculate power then do the calculations

Bhai.... indicator wali samajh nahi aayee please zara detail mei explain kariye bcoz it is most important.
Indicator or koi v 6 volt ka bulb aap use kar sakte ho.. Kyun ke jada tar laptop charger ka output voltage 19 hota hain aur apko chaiye 12 volt k aas pas. Isiliye koi v 6volt ka bulb agar bich me jor denge to 19-6 = approx 13 volt ho jayega. Jo Sayed apke battery k liye thik rahega.

ओर अगर लैपटॉप के चार्जर के नेगेटिव ओर पोजेटिव वायर डायरेक्ट बैटरी के नेगेटिव ओर पोजेटिव पर लगा दे तो कोई दिक्कत है मतलब इंडिकेटर को लगाए बिना चार्ज तो तब भी होगी ना बैटरी बस ये ही पता नही लगेगा कि फुल चार्ज हुई या नही पर उसको मल्टी मीटर से भी चेक किया जा सकता है उम्मीद है 🙏 कि आप रिप्लाय करेंगे
Actually indicator ek resistance ka kam karta hai. Ghar mein sabke paas multimeter nehi raheta.. isliye yeh jugaad try kia ja sakta hai.

Approx 12 hours it took for charging my bike's battery. Roughly it would take 10-12 hours. As I don't have any meter to measure it, I kept it for 12 hours approx. Thanks for asking.

बीच बीच मे चेक करे, ज्यादा देर चार्ज करने से battery खराब हो सकती है..
