Dear Chef John, I have been watching your videos since getting more into to cooking since corona.Amazing recipes and skills conferred. I think why these videos do not blow up is because alot of people forego content for looks. If you upped your production visual and auditive quality a step thesewould become hits. Much love and I will keep promulgating your videos.

Hi Chef John. This looks so good. Do I need to use an Asian chili sauce or does Heinz chili sauce work just as well? I had heard Asian chili sauce tastes different. Thank you.

Heinz chili sauce is what I am using. If you sue the Asian chili sauce it will be much hotter and full of garlic, knowing your dietary preferences, I would stick with Heinz.
