Thank you so much for bringing us this series. It's been a joy to watch. Made me really nostalgic for the football days of my youth. Love how some of these clubs and characters just became iconic as the season went on (Bbow Bbadgers and Bbobbie, the troubled youth of Stoke Newington, the Milfields Mourinho). Can't wait for your next project.
I was never really into football, but this season and this league has had me loving it!

Thank you, I enjoyed this all the way through. As a non football playing father of a top award winning striker in the under twelves (😂), this brought back so many happy memories. My son, my now departed best friend/father in law and my dog, every happy Sunday arvo here in the south of France, happy days Indeed.
Those two, my father in law and my son, trainer and pupil were unbeatable, what a team, with support and driver, me and our dog. Our dog, pissed on the ref on three occasions, all fully justified by bad calls and the support of the crowd I miss that dog, he was special.
For the last four years of his life, my father in law with a wry smile, got to present a cup in his name for the under twelves in recognition of his support on the sidelines since 1964. I took a lot of pleasure from setting that up.
RIP Bruno Olei.
Sorely missed.
