because the more you lean back the more you lengthen the lever between shoulder and wrist. And your triceps has to hold it. In addition the long head pulls over your shoulder, so when you extend your shoulder you contract it too (on straight arms)

I feel like people confuse focus with actual work. If you do diamond pushups you will work your chest much more than wide ones. With wide ones the difference is that there is less opportunity for other muscles to help so there is more "focus". But that in my experience isn't useful. Actual use of the muscle is more important

I personally don't recommend Osvaldos tutorial for the Front Lever because he is teaching you to flex the hip muscles in a compromised position. If you are weak in the lower back, some of the movements he recommends will definitely injure you. You never EVER want to move the hips posterior or anterior while in core demanding exercises like planche and front lever. So check it out for yourself and see what you think. He had some good progressions, but not everything was perfect. I personally like tutorials from Manimal Zyk Pilous And maybe Artem for some exercises. Buy the book Overcoming Gravity by Steven Low and you'll learn so much beyond the front lever and its progressions.

Minus The Gym V-Sit in the floor is best than l-sit to build Triceps
yeah the long head of the triceps gets utilised a helluva lot in the L-sit and its variations

But this might change the body position. so the elevated version is closer to the normal execution

that's pretty hard. At some point you have to use weights. But for the beginning you can use lunges, archer squats, pistols

roseslasher before you sleep you should stretch your shoulders,chest, to increase mobility. Do it for one week, and hopefully now you can do full rom
