Flat mop pe pani kom lagta hai as compared to spin mop (up bucket pe kom pani liya hai, flat mop pe vi up ½bucket pani leke 2no side se aak aak bar dip karlo), 2nd thing flat mop ka handle length jada boda hai spin mop se (after u extended spin mops handle).. after using both i observe these points..

I like both, both have their pro and cons but if you want to buy one of them go with flat mop .. with flat mop you can clean upper area like false ceiling, lofts etc.. And since it is flat, it cleans the corners and under the sofa very well.
