It's wonderful to see how Jack Fruit should be cooked. I bought a slice of it today at our market in California for the first time. I wasn't sure what to do with it but quickly figured out that the yellow parts were the edible parts. They were delicious! I ate them raw but there weren't very many in that slice. Now I know what to look for in a Jack Fruit. Thank you for showing us how you cook that delicious fruit.
