Denver’s official density is a bit misleading. 54 sq miles of Denver’s city limits is DIA which is completely unpopulated. So Denver’s actual density is closer to 7100 per sq mile (on par with Oakland or Baltimore).
Great video! I used to live in Colorado by City Park in Denver (residential but still pretty urban). Colorado has so much potential. I wish they would built more little towns like the ski towns (Breckenridge, Aspen) but they seem to be doubling down on suburban subdivisions like the whole area of Aurora.
Thank you. Yeah traveling around Denver is very frustrating with all the sprawl but those views tho! Check out ‘Nederland’ - our fav small mountain town.
I would stay out of Boulder. It is not doing very well. Lots of homeless. One of the King Soopers closed its restrooms to the public due to problems with homeless and drug use.

OK, you're not a Denver native. I can tell by how you pronounce Arvada.
Nobody wants to live in Boulder anymore.
That’s definitely the vibe I’m catching.
Boulder has a median house price of two arms and a leg.
Not a bad deal as long as they aren’t my limbs!
Denver too.
I thought you said the first city was named CARVANA.
Hell they could name most suburbs this and it would be accurate.
Seriously. I thought I’d take on the challenge of finding the diamonds in the rough but it’s bleak out there!
It's pronounced Ar Vad Uh -- the second A in Arvada rhymes with cat.
