What’s y’all’s favorite item I unboxed?
That first handmade sheath really caught my eye. Looks well made.
I have that exact glass cutting knife. It's German. Interesting piece for sure.
That gerber gator. I have a soft spot for those.
That Gerber Gator was nice... I just picked one up last week for $6 with a Gerber nylon sheath (not the original gator one) along with a Large EZ-Out for another $3. I'm about to trade them for something else with someone that was looking for them.
Well, I was raised by my Great Grandparents. They were born in 1905 and 1908. So, I've seen the Winchester Flashlight before. I used to play in the attic a lot. I would bring things down from time to time. They would say we haven't seen that in years. They were Awesome people! ❤ 😊
The first Hammer knife is a pipe smokers knife. The round end is for tamping down the tobacco. I have one in my collection as well.
Was about to say the same thing.
I was coming to say that too and it would be a cleaning tool not a punch blade, very cool!
Yep same here.
Very nice looking job on the case. GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸 🙏
I received my auction knife today. Thank you. Keep doing what you are doing. Appreciate you!
Flashlight was pretty cool.
I can't get over how good that knife shop looks! (just from what I can see) Awesome job brother! Awesome gifts too.
That brass coke can knife is awesome, and the gerber gator.
God Bless Brother !!!
Good bless you! Have a great weekend!
Good morning Doc, I liked the hammer brand knifes because of there age. But the jewel of the day was the Winchester flashlight in my opinion. Another great video, Thank You Doc.
My Grandpa smoked a pipe and carried a stainless steel pipe tool very similar to the Hammer Brand one. My favorite item you received was a toss up between the pipe smokers knife and the Winchester flashlight both are really cool. I probably would have never seen either item without The Knife Doctor.
Thanks for the history on the Win. flashlight. The older lights had a button that you could send Morse Code to other scouts. I kept my Scout handbook just for that reference.
Always a pleasure to see all the cool stuff people send you and seeing all the different knives I’ve never seen before. Keep up the good work. Bless you and yours
Cool stuff love the whinchester flashlight very cool
Yes Mr. Kevin. I believe that Hammer brand knife is a pipe smoker’s knife. The flat, round bolster is for tamping down tobacco. The other two blades are for cleaning the bowl and the stem. I have one but not a Hammer brand. Great video!
My favorite is the Winchester flashlight !!! Very unique....all the best Doc
Great presentation good content
Thank you
Morning Doc ! thanks for your work ! love to see your video everyday pure moment of hapyness.
Thanks so much for watching!
Man I dig that Winchester flash light! 👍💯

Thank you! You too!
Awesome Video Kevin and Great Gifts Bob! 😊❤✌🏻👍🏻

Just got here, had doctors appointment. Bring on the video.
Great video DOC...
Semper Fi Marine 💪...
That flashlight was cool I didn’t know Winchester made flashlights. I wonder what kind of battery it takes? It’s cool it still works. Great video as always
Two D cell, is my guess?
I CAN ALREADY SEE THE KNIFE SHOP THROUGH YOUR EYES BUDDY! ❤😊✌🏻👍🏻
IT'S DEFINITELY AWESOME MAN!!!!
The 2nd fixed blade is a kukri knife, traditionally used by the Gurkhas of Nepal. They are extremely ferocious fighters who have served in the British Army for over 200 years.
I think the flat end on the little hammer knife is a pipe tamper...great items!
Good morning, Doc! You can put a mag lite bulb in that flashlight, and it will be 100 x brighter.
Good Morning!
I did that with my older Mag light, know your battery type and how many it uses to get the correct upgrade bulb.
Good morning !
Good morning everyone!!!
Good morning!
You deserve it good job
Overall, my favorite item you found was that Buck 124. Gotta find my own here in Mexico.
I know who could use one of those J. Martini knives. Let me know...
Great video Doc, God Bless
Honestly it’s the flashlight, I remember seeing similar ones at my grandparents growing up.
Good evening Doc
Have a great weekend!
@@theknifedoctor you too Doc hope you find some awesome knife this weekend.
Feng-Shui Doc.
LOL
That’s it!
I've been looking at the WW2 knife with the potentially Japanese writing on it. I sent it to my brother who lives in Japan and he and his Japanese wife didn't recognise it as Japanese writing. When I looked closer, it looks a bit like it may have been English numbers or letters that have been crossed out. Working from the ones closest to the blade, the first two look like a number 1 and then the next one a number 3, both with an X over them. I'm still not sure, though, but thought I'd share my thoughts haha
The live would be cool
Semper Fi Marine

I have used mine for hook removal; usually from my shirt. Never a splinter, yet.
Good show Kevin what the armored division was your uncle in
I looked it up to see if I had a Div patch but only have 1st, 2nd &3rd his was 4th AD but I don’t recall his Tank Bn now.
Thar Zippo case is designed to hold the boxes if you didn't know.
Probably already know this by now, but that first knife you couldn’t remember what it was called is a Kukri.
I have a Coca-Cola 2 blade knife like that one except it has white handles.Who made them ?
Yellow one looks like a pipe tamper on the end
Tobacco stamper for a smoking pipe
The knife with the round flat part , might be a letter wax stamp ?
pipe knife the button no the end was to tamp the tobacco in he pipe
that knob on the end is a smoking pipe tamper
👍🖐️👌✌️🫶♥️🇨🇦
That is a pipe tool. Pack tobacco
Maby you should stretch your legs a bit and visit Dog Days in Ardmore Alabama- Tennessee on first Monday I beleive.
