- Watch me stumble my way through replacing the stock exhaust on my brother's 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan 650s with a set of Two Brothers Comp Black pipes. This is a MUST HAVE mod in my book if you own a Vulcan 650.

It's really amazing, I'm sure I can follow it~ Always ride safely~
Sound really good can’t wait too out one on my bike at a 8 my bike running 8.222
Love you video and I am from Australia. I will see if I can get one and ship it over. Thank you for your well made video.
+Reg Mingsan thank you for watching it!
Tighten the flange up as tight as you can, they’re called crush washers for a reason
Nice work guys... Liked ur video..
Just wanted to ask you by replacing the exhaust there's a possibility of increasing the ground clearance.
If yes.. By how much.. I mean from original 130mm to..??
delkevic exhaust has great sound and they are made so u dont have to change the ECU at all
love the sound ill put it on mine . do a highway ride to hear the muffler ?
I just put my TBR exhaust on my 2020 Vulcan S and I rode it for two weeks without the DB killer. I decided to add the DB killer because it was a little too loud but Now it’s just right and it still sounds like a beast. I am Installing a power commander five in a couple days when he gets here. Currently I have a booster plug installed but I’m not happy with it so I’m returning it.
Why everyone who has a TBR gets a booster plug or a power commander ?
@@11doubledown40 It gives you extra horsepower once you fix the fuel to air ratio with the commander
Can I get the Amazon link for the gaskets used in this clip please? :))
installation instructions for the exhaust didn't mention replacing the crush washers ! could you send me a link for them if ya dont mind?
I’m thinking about getting the TBR exhaust with a power commander, but do you think it would be necessary to also purchase the dB killer for that exhaust too?
Logan Gilley I wouldn’t buy it until you have ridden without it and see. If the noise is too loud or too high pitched then you can buy one. Many people are very happy without the dB killer installed. Thanks for watching.
Great video. I like it.
Coul you please tell me the name of your tool so I can look for in on the internet? or even better, if you have the link where you bought it, colul you, please, tell me?
Ta, bro.
When installing, did the muffler have any play? I can’t seem to get the clamp to compress hard enough 🤔
Not that I recall. Should be a tight fit.
So does it shoot fire ?
Out of curiosity, did you install a power commander on your bike?
No. And it ran fine. Although I’m sure it ran a little to lean. A power commander wouldn’t hurt but it didn’t seem necessary on this bike.
@@AverageCarGuy thanks for the insight, much appreciated...
Anyone ever say to you that you kinda sound like Dave Mustaine of Megadeth??
I think the cherrybomb exhaust makes it sounds awesome, two brothers sounds like a pissed off lawn mower.
That's basically what people are saying on the Kawasaki 650 S forums LoL. They were better off doing a little research before putting on this Two Brothers!
@@jayryan7473 Yeah, I actually didn't buy the 650 because of that. I ended up getting a Scout instead and glad I did.
Power by doing that That's the biggest myth I've had so many guys come in and say I got a power commander and then you dyno their bike and it has lost two power or with the power Commander instead of just putting the exhaust on going about your day you don't lose power that's a myth it's a motorcycle the amount of power you lose is like 25 horsepower if you do most of them I've seen you gain two horsepower because the bike can breathe now
