I have just finished this book,and really enjoyed it. Very well written: honest, revealing and informative.well done mr Chisholm.
The interviewer is already annoying me and he hasn’t even started!..Scattery and non-committal in his words usage! Mate ..it ain’t that hard.
Ridiculous and very irritating interviewer whose introduction would have been enough to persuade many authors, including me, to leave right away.
