In our school, as a teacher, we teach our kids how to navigate disagreements and not to shy away from conflicts. Come up with win-win solution rather than cutting people off they only create more unresolved issues within if they do. We equip them with skills such as perspective-taking and see conflict as something they can learn from because conflict and differences are inevitable part of life. Hope you can learn from this too.

I agree with everything you said especially with Dr. Kilimanjaro. Galing din ako sa 4 year relationship and it was toxic. I am an anxiously attached person while my partner is an avoidant person. I reached my breaking point until I snapped & realized this is enough & not worth it anymore. Thank you for this video. It helped me a lot on my healing journey. ❤
Sobrang hirap kapag andun ka sa toxic relationship tapos may anak kang dapat I consider.. Hindi mo maiisip ung sarili mong worth.. Kapakanan na lang ng anak mo ung maiisip mo.. 😢😢😢

Yes I experience that relationship now na ndi ka safe magsabe ng problems mo kase u worry na baka megalit siyà and he blame me about the past happened when we're together I'm overthinker,selosa and binabantay ko Kung saan siya nagpupunta.mahirap for me 😢na humiwalay kase sobrang mahal ko siya.😢
I happened to have watched Dr. Kilimanjaro as a student doctor back then. This is when they were still in love. He has this line: "Wala ng ibang tao na makakatiis ng kalat ko." And listening to him now talk about gaslighting...wait...this could be an overanalyzation but does it follow po ba na the gaslighter will clean your mess, rather than hleping you learn the habit of cleaning para maging dependent ka sa kanya?. .. @kilimanguru #drchar
Best to ask him pero ung gaslighter kasi shifts blame when cya mismo ung involved. Pero kung ung isang tao lng ang may kasalanan- for instance makalat, walang igagaslight kasi d naman involved ung partner sa pagiging makalat.
