@@Predator23321 not "whopped his ass" like you said there, he did manage to kill predalian, yes, but also got himself killed. Wolf would have higher chance of success killing predalian in a stealth hunting mission, but not in a head to head fight. The final fight in AVP2 ended in a draw, there was no winner.

Best thing is that this is version that is a bit brighter i remember it was much darker when i was watching this when it was released xD.

Wolf knew this was technically a suicide mission because it was an uncontrollable spread of xenomorphs and facehuggers he knew he either had to go down fighting or find the source but ended up Getting KIA from the nuke. And let’s not forget wolf was considered and ELITE he was more than capable of taking on missions alone. I loved how he crafted one of his shoulder cannons into a pistol cannon thats badass
I don't think that in the predator culture there is the concept of "leaving the hunt", you are either in the Hunt, or you are not, but once you are in it, you don't leave until all the prey is down, or you die.
I think that a creature like Wolf never had that idea of this being a suicide mission. He went in because he knew he could handle it, and he could. But every pred knows every hunt or engagement could be its last.
Wolf also arms himself with dual plasma casters, an act which is rarely used by many of the predator warriors, since it is reserved primarily for extremely dangerous missions and this is one of them.
I'm sure he can handle this perfectly if not for the fucking humans
He is one of the most badass Predators we have gotten if not the most badass I always felt the older the Predator the tougher he was. I feel, unlike humans that Predators live for centuries and get stronger with age and practice not weaker.

This movie makes a better Predator 3 (that happens to feature Xenomorphs) than it does an actual Aliens vs Predator movie.
The Predalien would've died a long time ago if it didn't keep running away. Wolf was totally about to end it if not for another xenomorph getting in his way. The Predalien waited until Wolf had almost no weapons before it faced him. Just goes to show that if not for the Alien infestation, Wolf would've ended this movie in like 30 minutes and come out alive
It's kind of hilarious how the Predalien waited for Wolf to be tired, have no Plasma, no acid and almost no gear other than his blade
And also made sure to disable his bracelet

I know a lot of people say this movie is too dark, and I initially agreed with that sentiment. But I actually just rewatched this movie recently (it was on HBO the other day) and I’m *convinced* that they must’ve edited the brightness. Because I was actually able to see what was going on this time. I even compared it to various screenshots online and the version on HBO is noticeably brighter. And I gotta say it makes the movie MUCH more enjoyable.
At 1:52 I always liked that you actually hear wolf let out some sort of gasp at the sight of the pregnant women's body. that'd be a fucked up sight no matter what planet your from.
Predators respect pregnant humans since they are honorable. So even they know what line shouldn’t be crossed.
I never caught that but it makes sense. Yautja have a code of honour, like a set of ethics that dictate their social behaviour. In Predator 2, the Yautja/Predator spared a pregnant woman. Yautja also don’t kill children, the elderly, the sick, and the vulnerable. Xenomorphs are essentially psychopaths. Yautja are soldiers, they kill, but there’s a military discipline to their actions as dictated by their code of honour.

I really do like the Wolf Rredator, because in a way he is kind of a combination of Batman and Hellboy in both abilities and IQ. You're not sure if he is a villain or Anti-Hero. The Pred-Alien in my opinion is the best villain I've seen in any of the Predator or Alien films, because it is intelligent and has a Gran Master Plan all mapped out. The Alien Queen in AVP 1 just woke up and was a mindless monster and the Super Predator in the 2019 film wasn't interesting at all!
You should check out the 2010 Predators movie. Pretty much a standard Predator film with a few twists but still very good and better than this movie and The Predator

The directors of this movie are actually Predator super fans. Which was the opposite of the director of the first AVP, who was an Alien super fan.

Truth! Wolf Pradator is the best of the entire Predator franchise. The well used with good action scenes. This movie would be the best for me if the picture not was so dark

Oh man seeing this after watching Prey 2022 really made me appreciate Predator franchise again after that trash 2018 movie they released. I really need to see a Yautja win in the end where he earns his mark in front of their leaders/elites.
The Predator (2018) was so bad they should be sued into oblivion. They were trying to reboot the franchise with that awful movie. Truly one of the worst movies i ever saw

Listen... Wolf is the ultimate badass. This movie being so dark really just failed to let us see how truly badass he was and didn't do him enough justice.

I know this is late but I have your answer.
It’s a hive, constructed from resin, a gelatinous fluid secreted or vomited forth from the alien drones/soldiers or workers/weavers. They can both do it but the workers are the ones that concern themselves with hive maintenance and caring for the queen. It’s also good for cocooning potential host victims to the walls.
I believe it’s made from what drools from the Xeno’s mouth’s all the time.
Possible since there insectoid like also possible organic material they find and deem not useful in creating face huggers.

Now THIS is a Predator who got it DONE. The movie may have a lot of issues but Wolf was definitely the highlight.

When I first seen this movie to me it was ok, ranging from average to bad.. but after seeing this movie after so many years it feels like it's a better movie, maybe it's just my feeling..
It's not exactly good but it ain't terrible either.

The Predator is hands down the worst Predator film, even worse than the original AvP. This one...I feel ranks third from the bottom. Which is a shame, because Wolf is a badass yuatja.
