Hey Rick, i havent watched videos since this stream to see if you got it corrected: Universal is officially calling the new item an "Ice Lolly", according to the Orlando Informed posts about it. I believe they had an actual popsicle at the same time they debuted the caramels but they also ran out quickly.
Rix word is universals next epic universe reveal will be nintendo. They planned to wait till the japan dk opened but with it pushed back till next year they will show it here first from reports!

In reference to your comments about water in the Passholder lounge:
The reason there is no water in the Passholder lounge is because some Passholders ruin stuff for everyone else with their greed and entitledness. The used to provide snacks but people upended the snack bowl into their bag and took it all for themselves... leaving nothings for others. So they had to stop offering snacks. They used to have a whiteboard so people could write fun stuff. People wrote on everything but the whiteboard and then stole the makers. People steal everything they put out for everyone to enjoy. Anything they try to offer the Passholders, the Passholders ruin it in some manner. I could go on, but I won't. Complaining about it is not going to help anything but make people mad at Universal for not offing it.. they tried... it got ruined by the Passholders abusing it. I can see why they don't want to offer water in the manner you suggest (container and cups). What a mess that would end up being.
Good points but I'll counter with the fact they offer the water at Burger Digs, Moes, and two spots at Duff Brewery.
@@RixFlix They do, but it's not the same. Those water spots are in/by eating/drinking establishments. They have to offer water in some form there, either by request in a cup or from a "station". Inside the Passholder lounge, which is not a eating/drinking establishment, you have uncontrolled children running around and adults who care nothing about keeping things nice for others. Believe me, you put that inside the lounge and you have a complete mess and people filling up their waters bottles, leaving nothing for others. Passholders have already shown that they cannot have anything nice like that. It's really sad but also true.
There's always a team member in there so don't see how that can happen. It's just water, don't see anything wild happening.
