His frustration that others don't get what he gets creeps into his tone. On the whole, he gives one of the best explanations on UA-cam, here. What I do notice is several huge gaps in his knowledge recognition of certain connections, and skimming over these blindly. These unexplained gaps will leave behind some of his brightest young students who will get hung up because he glosses over. I am old, so skipping, assuming, and glossing over is part for the course in order to cover what I now see as an unknowably huge course of knowledge and human experience.

There are 1 or 2 leaps that you breeze past which would have bothered me way more and hung me up 32 years ago. I can't remember all, since I was too busy memorizing. But off the top of my head:what is the relationship with the thymus in your stem cell origin chart? What is the significance of granules? What is the fundamental reason and purpose for having redundant sub classes of the same cell? There were about 6 other obvious questions that a young student could get hung up on. One other really jumped out at me, but I forget already. That connection was significant... But I don't recall.
