Hi Chris, in your description section you show Tip #1 through Tip #10. A title after the Tip would be much more helpful than Tip 1, Tip 2, and the like. With the title of the tip, we could quickly jump to it. Thank you.

I've had delay on marking read for many years. I can click on it for 5 seconds, I get an idea of what the message is about, I click onto something else and the message is not marked read.

In options you can change timing for how long you have to click-in on a message for it to be marked as read. Just change that setting.

Hi Chris, thank you for the tips. I have a question about the Teams invitation:
08:22 this is the aspect of my email when I send an invitation.
12:35 This is how I want my invitations look like : the Teams link appears in the invitation. How can I set up in order to have the link in the invitation?
    Thank you for your help.

Chris, when I resize my reading pane (1:18), the messages view never 'collapses' and the inbox view becomes very crowded and impossible to read. Do you know to enable this collapsing feature?
edit: the messages collapse when viewing drafts, sent items, etc.. but not on inbox. I'm on the latest Version 2303

    Hi Chris,
All my outlook (desktop) emails in inbox and sent folders appear with text justified even if they were sent as left aligned (or right aligned). This only happens on the desktop version. I web version they appear as they were sent, either left aligned, right aligned or justified. I have noticed in you video that your emails in reading pane are shown with text justified. Is this the normal behaviour and if yes what is the use of formatting left or right aligned??

Hi Chris, great tips, thanks! Preview of desktop version of Outlook removed the drag and drop feature which is a power user favorite. Example is, take a PDF and drag from file explorer, drop on the mail envelope icon, and it gets attached to a new message with subject line being the file name. Does your new version support it still?

Definitely. There is even a newer version which I just turned on, here is how it looks when I drag a file to attached it to an email. drive.google.com/file/d/1yyqDjsK4waXJJazQ52JPJaKy4KSHRTPf/view?usp=drivesdk

Hi Chris. Question. Our company uses Outlook and 9 or the 10 users are not Outlook savvy. When creating an Outlook Event, how can we setup the event so that all invited can add notes, comments etc. EXAMPLE: we have a food menu change happening in October. The manager setup a meeting and invited us via the Cal Event. She asked, in the subject line, for all invited to "add menu change notes as they come to mind and we will review at the October meeting. So we would have 10 people adding / editing content in the Event body. When I asked MS support, they stated that I need to change permissions for the mailbox... which is totally wrong. lol.
Do you have an idea, solution, work-around, add-in, or something else that could allow this?
    thanks kindly.
    Anthony

Are you using Teams? You could create a channel and have threaded conversations about the menu changes. You could also use OneNote and share the notebook with everyone. Outlook, by itself is not the place to take notes. I hope this helps
