이번 영상이 뜨고 알림 내용을 확인하자마자 화들짝 놀라서 바로 들어온 다음에 지금 열 번째 반복해서 듣고 있어요!
린킨파크의 What I've done은 뭐랄까, 제가 태어나서 처음으로 가사를 다 외운 영어 노래이고, 락 음악이라는 장르에 처음으로 발을 들이게 된 곡이기도 하고, 또 영화 '트랜스포머' 시리즈의 10년차 팬으로써 트랜스포머 하면 맨 처음으로 떠오르는 곡이기도 하면서 최근에 린킨 파크의 보컬 체스터 베닝턴에 대한 슬픈 소식을 접하고 나서 펑펑 울면서 들었던 곡이기도 해요. 그만큼 제게는 큰 의미가 있는 곡이라고 볼 수 있겠네요:)
감사 인사가 조금 늦었지만요, 정화님 음악 들으면 항상 기분좋고 흥이 나서 힘든 고삼 생활 열심히 이겨내고 있어요. 많은 사람들이 그랬을 것처럼 Shape of you로 처음 접했지만 제가 제일 좋아하는 건 'Wake me up'이랑 'Cold water' 랍니다. 저 둘은 친구들에게 원곡보다도 제가 더 먼저 추천하는 곡이기도 해요!
그리고 정화님께서 한글로 쓰신 자작곡들도 정말 좋아해요! 특히 '그리 쉽지 않겠죠'는 영화 감독을 꿈꾸는 제가 언젠가 작품을 만들게 되었을 때 꼭 OST로 쓰고 싶은 곡이기도 해요+_+ 그 때가 온다면 반드시 연락드릴게요 >_0 괜찮겠지요?
약간 울컥하는 마음에 이 댓글을 달기 시작했는데요, 음... 그러니까 이 What I've done이라는 곡을 커버해 주셔서 정말로 감사드린다는 말도 하고 싶어요. 체스터의 목소리가 아니어도 충분히 이 곡의 매력을 살릴 수 있다는 걸 새삼 깨달았네요. 린킨 파크의 오랜 팬으로써 요즘 마음이 무거웠는데, 앞으로도 체스터가 부른 노래가 많은 사람들에게 사랑받을 수 있을 거라는 생각에 마음이 놓여요. 정말 감사합니다.
약간 편곡을 하신 것 같은데, 첫 후렴 뒤에 인트로할 때의 노랫가락이 나오는 순간에 전율이 장난 아니네요 ㄷㄷ... 편곡이 정말 맘에 들어요!
