I always hated the mid-00's whiny punkish (that doesn't sound right but I'm not sure what I'm looking for, I'm bad with music genre) music typified with Green Day, nickelback, and the like (even if I actually find nickelback kinda so bad it's alright). Linkin Park was always the exception, for a while a guilty pleasure but at this point, I kinda think it's just plain a pleasure, no guilt.
This was a pleasant surprise! What you guys have done is to deliver a powerful rendition of a song that I think a lot of us will appreciate all over again after hearing this.

I bought "Minutes To Midnight" because of this song and fell in love with the whole album by the end of it. Say what you will about Linkin Park. Call them 'sell outs' for whatever your reason, at least they have always stayed true to themselves and put out one powerful song after another. No matter how 'poppy' or soft it was sang, the lyrics have always portrayed the deep messages we came to expect from each of the guys.

I can't stop listening..I was only 11 when this song came out and even then it was so powerful and now hearing it again even as a cover invokes such strong feelings and emotions! Thank you for this cover, Caleb and rest in peace Chester. You will always be missed but you're voice will never be forgotten!

I used to play this song, along with a lot of other Linkin Park songs, when I was playing Everquest and Everquest II, always made the two a lot more fun to play to me.
